Answer:	The cup is where you place the fruit to squeeze. Deep is front to back. A bigger cup and squeeze insert would be nice for grapefruit. The five is a bit small.

Answer:	Although it's coated with an anti-rust coat, it's advisable to clean it by wiping it down with a soapy dishcloth then drying it with a dry towel or paper towel then rubbing it with a bit of food oil to make sure the acid doesn't cause the metal to rust :)

Answer:	Absolutely. Just received today and juiced about 2 dozen pomegranates. Juice comes out clear with just the odd seed or two getting through. Although the press is heavy and stable, you will have to hold the back down while pressing pomegranates. With citrus, it is a one-handed operation.

1. Clean the citrus press carefully before first use.

2. Check the stainless steel screws. If screws loose, please tighten it carefully with the wrenches which are part of the delivery.

3. Using the fruit juicer on stable ground.

4. Insert the funnel into the juice press. then insert the screen and place a glass under the funnel.

5. Cut the fruits in half, put one half on the screen, move down the lever arm slowly until all juice is squeezed out.
