Answer:	We use ours about 10-12 times a month. We changed the batteries twice in a year. I would consider changing battery brands. Mine works great, on a large can like veg-all we let it run around twice to make sure it cuts the lid completely. Ours is about two years old and works great. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Really? I have been using can openers successfully for more than 50 years. I know how they are supposed to work and require no video, "viral" or otherwise, to show me how. The problem with this product is that it no longer works after less than a year of normal use. This is important to know, isn't it?

Question:	easy for arthritic hands
Answer:	I have tried to open cans of several sizes and they can be opened without problems.
Question:	Is the magnet meant to work while you're opening the can? How? Or do you have to rotate the opener after the lid's detached so the magnet can lift it
Answer:	It cuts around the can just underneath the lid. The lid comes off without any sharp edges.
Question:	If this is such a great can opener then why did a few people say it doesn't cut
Answer:	The electric can opener can only be cleaned with a damp towel. Do no wash it under the water or with any other liquid. Also, kindly do not clean in a dishwasher.
Question:	Is this made in the USA
Answer:	The unit only needs to be pushed downward from the top which will allow the unit slide open. If you still have trouble, then turn the unit around and try again. Mine has no problem in doing that to open.
