Answer:	I would not recommend this product for any use. I used it 3-4 times with regular sized can and it worked poorly at best. Next time tried to use and the brand new Duracell batteries about a month later and it was not able to open anything. Wish I had returned it right off because then I found it was too late to return and I'm just out the money I paid for nothing useful. It only uses batteries and nothing "professional" about it.

Answer:	The opening wheel (not really a blade) does NOT touch the contents in the can. It only contacts the outside edge of the can rim. So the food is not contaminated. Sometimes, some of the food leaks out and gets of the wheel. I use a small brush dipped in warm dish water to clean the wheel. A tooth brush works great.

You run to get scissors to cut through the package but with some effort, you still can't stretch it open without cutting further.. You then cut through horizontally from one end to the other and are trying to pry open the packaging and you cut yourself with a fountain of blood flowing out of your cut fingers. Still not frustrated?"Frustration-Free Packaging" is VERY straightforward packaging which makes opening said product(s) VERY seamless, is friendly to the environment by being recyclable, and is simply a no-brainer to open. This type of packaging comes cheaper because it is usually cheaper to manufacture a simple cardboard box/envelope (ordered in volume) versus the annoying plastic packaging or needlessly involved boxes that serve no useful function (i.e. complicated designs come at a cost).Some personal opinions:- I choose frustration-free regardless of price because of the ease of use when it comes to opening the items.- They're in some cases more reliable than the manufacturer's packaging being crammed into a box with bags of air and wiggle room in part due to shock sensitivity.- I've been cut before trying to open retail-packaged, clamshell packaging (the plastic that usually gets cut with scissors). Answer:	I originally thought this didn't actually cut the can, but it does. However, the edge isn't ragged like a normal can opener, and I've not had an issue with cutting myself on it. Gotta say I haven't attempted it, nor licked the can as your pup would. But it may be a better alternative. The cut edge is smooth and straight up, not pointing in to the can.

Answer:	I have tried to open cans of several sizes and they can be opened without problems.
Question:	Is the magnet meant to work while you're opening the can? How? Or do you have to rotate the opener after the lid's detached so the magnet can lift it

Recently, we received a issue with our can openers where the battery cover is difficult to open. here are some instructions for how to open these if you received one of the units:

☺STEP 3: Same operation on the right side.

☺STEP 4: Pull it back together and open it.

Operating the Can Opener



➷Step1 - Place the Can Opener on top of the can with its rim positioned in the groove between the Cutter and the Drive Wheel

➷Step2 - With the can on a flat surface, press the Button for about one second and release, then the Can Opener will start cutting the side of the can

➷Step3 - When the cutting has completed, press the button immediately to reverse the cutter

➷Step4 - Make sure that the cutter resets to the start position and the motor stops. Then, lift the can opener off the can

Trouble Shooting



1. If batteries are depleted, the can may not be released by pressing the button. Slide back the Battery Door and replace 2 AA batteries. The Can Opener should continue the cutting. Remember to replace the battery.

2. Cans with heavy seams and uneven rims may stall the Can Opener. If this happens, follow above procedure to release the can.

Answer:	I've only used it for family sized cans, but it's tall enough to open large cans. However, I'm not sure if a commercial sized cans would fit.

✿If the battery is exhausted, it may not be possible to release the can by pressing the button. You can continue working after changing the battery.

✿If the edge of the can is not smooth, the can opener will be stuck. If it is stuck, follow the steps in the instructions to unlock the can opener.
