Answer:	I would not recommend this product for any use. I used it 3-4 times with regular sized can and it worked poorly at best. Next time tried to use and the brand new Duracell batteries about a month later and it was not able to open anything. Wish I had returned it right off because then I found it was too late to return and I'm just out the money I paid for nothing useful. It only uses batteries and nothing "professional" about it.

Answer:	It is not capable of opening a jar lid as in twisting it off. I'm guessing that if you wanted to open a mason jar by cutting the lid like the top of a can then it may work, but then the lid would no longer be reusable.

Trouble shooting



1 If the batteries are depleted and the Tin Opener is still on the can,you will not be able to remove it by pressing the button. In this case ,you will need to replace the batteries

2 The magnet in the centre of the Tin Opener will often pick up the can lid and remove it. If the magnet doesn’t hold,you may need to carefully lift the lid off by hand.

NOTE:The blade cuts around the lid will be very fine and may not be immediately obvious

The Tin Opener will not open rimless cans or cans with odd comers.

If the Tin Opener slows during cutting, this may indicate a low battery level and the batteries should be replaced.

Question:	Any info on battery life
Answer:	I have nothing against them at all but do not use dollar store batteries for this, it will die opening one can. Energizer - lasts a very long time. This thing is great !

Answer:	Yes. It is the best tool ever. Just put it on top any can push button let it go past 360 hit button goes in reverse, stops. Open can. Buy large one opens everything.. Good luck
Question:	Does this can opener work on small diameter cans like tomato paste
Answer:	I haven't tried it on small diameter cans, but I cannot see why it wouldn't work. It works great on my soup and tuna cans. However, the magnet doesn't always grab the lid. But, it's great even if the lid isn't grabbed. And, I love the NON-sharp edges it leaves so no cutting fingers!
Question:	does it open big cans? does it use AC power
Answer:	I would not recommend this product for any use. I used it 3-4 times with regular sized can and it worked poorly at best. Next time tried to use and the brand new Duracell batteries about a month later and it was not able to open anything. Wish I had returned it right off because then I found it was too late to return and I'm just out the money I paid for nothing useful. It only uses batteries and nothing "professional" about it.
