Answer:	From what I read on their web site the only difference is the 50 state rule. Other than that I have no idea. I can say that it did improve my gas mileage on my 2011 gmc sierra 4x4. I was getting about 10 mpg due to leveling kit and oversized tires. I got up to around 14 with the chip. Then I added a spectre intake and now get up to 18 on the hwy and 14 - 15 in the city.
