Answer:	Same experience as others. This vendor is horrible. I got the tubes for the frame and the hammock, nothing else. They literally left out EVERYTHING you need to assemble the frame and hang the hammock on it. Amazon couldn’t do anything about getting me the missing parts. I just wanted what I paid for. Amazon should really monitor customer feedback more frequently ...... might help improve their growing reputation of serving as the procurement arm for cheap products and horrible operational models.

The table is soft like material / it is a bit 'wavy' like surface - so for a wine glass I don't advise it because the slightest knock, it would fall, but for a cup of coffee which is a bit heavier glass wise - no problem - it would sit nicely.The ottoman is wide and not narrow at all - very strong too, yet light to move around and lift.I was looking at it for months on line to buy or not and decided too, cause of the expensive look :).Also easy to assembly - my daughter did it in a few minutes and she was 7 years old.Hope this helps and more.

Answer:	The material is very close weaves - plastic - maybe a challenge put any straps through the weave to hold the cushion in place - if that is how you plan to keep the cushion on!Otherwise just placing the cushion on it, will work since it is a flat surface and it would stay in place.It is very comfortable surface and doesn't need a cushion - just my opinion :)Hope this helps !

Answer:	We’ve never had an issue with water leaking into the cooler. I’m assuming you are talking about leaving it out in the rain? We’ve had this cooler for 2 years and it’s one of the best investments we’ve made. We did buy a cover for it due to the harsh California wind and sun. The lid fits snugly, it holds a ton of stuff which is great if you like to entertain and we’ve had ice remaining 3 days after putting it in. I would highly recommend buying the cover if you intend to leave it out year round as it is made of a rattan material which, even under the best of conditions, will sometimes start to shred. But as I said earlier, we’ve had ours 2 years, use it almost every weekend, and it still looks like new!!

Question:	I would like to purchase this cooler. Goes perfect with my Furniture patio set. Is the top attached so each side can be opened without it moving
Answer:	I have a double, which I love. I recently bought a single to see if I would like it. I didn't and decided to return it. There's nothing wrong with the size of the single itself. The problem is the design. I'm six foot, so maybe the design issue wouldn't affect a smaller person as much. But basically these hammocks are made of three pieces--the center section and the two edge sections, which are a different color. The problem is that for the single the center section is so narrow that when you lie off diagonal (essential for getting a comfortable flat position), the seam that joins the center section to the side section runs under your shoulders. This is a problem because the seam doesn't have the stretch flexibility of the rest of the material, so it acts like a rope digging into your shoulders as you lie there. It's a shame because everything else about this hammock is fantastic, and I would really love to have a hammock in this single size with Wise Owl quality and price.
Question:	Also why doesn’t the lid doesn’t fit properly
Answer:	Thanks so much for reaching out to us about our hammocks. I just wanted to let you know that they support 500 lbs. This weight is tested as force weight. When sudden force is put on a hammock or straps the weight can be exponentially higher than just sitting or laying weight. If you just place items, people etc... in a hammock, or on the end of straps you can put a much higher weight than even 500 lbs, although we want to make sure that our customers are safe and do not over do it so we put the weight at 500 lbs.
