Answer:	I have had the same exact problem. Worked great for awhile; now just shows it is recording and doesn't register any sound. Would love to hear if anyone has a solution?
Question:	will this logger worked plugged into the handset port or does it have to go into the line jack
Answer:	Mine's plugged into the handset because I have 2 phone lines. IIRC you can plug it into the jack but it will only work for 1 line. The cord long enough that it's not a problem plugged into the handset.
Question:	On lengthily calls, the progran breakes the conversation down into several seperate .au files. Is there any way to get it to record into a single file
Answer:	This could be a setting is wrong.Check your time out if its too short it will break the calls up if its in the vox mode.you may also want to just hit the manual record button and then it will record untill you hit the off button.Audio editing software also will allow you to manipulate the calls .Put them back as one .Emailing long calls can also be an issue Where one hour of audio in uncompressed PLU files equal 28 megabytes you may wanmt to break calls into smaller calls.Send me any questions I know all the digital-logger answers.rick

Question:	Can I use a 5lb CO2 tank with this model
Answer:	Yep. I just purchased this within the last month. Finding someone to fill the 2.5lbs tank is a pain. I just went ahead and got a 5lbs tank and it fits just fine. It will just be a $15 exchange going forward.
Question:	How long does the beer stay fresh (How quickly do I need to finish the 1/6 keg
Answer:	The keg will last a very long time as long as you have it under constant CO2 pressure. So, as long as the kegs aren’t leaking air, it’ll last years. Don’t listen to the answers below. 5-6 days for 1/6th keg? That’s 9 beers a day (or 7 beers for 16 oz pours).
Question:	I noticed in the installation video the temperature reading around 65 degrees F. Is it possible to have it control to a temperature of 65 degrees
Answer:	I don't know about the temperature of 65 degrees.... But, my kegerator is set to 36 degrees and holds it fine.

Answer:	Use a 1 3/16" wrench. If you're asking about the hole for the shank, that is 3/4". Hope I answered your question.

Question:	Can the hose barb be rotated to the right/left rather than pointing downwards
Answer:	Yes, sorta. The barb is brazed to the body but the curved washers "float" on the shaft that goes through the tower. The faucet portion attaches via a screw on collar and is oriented by splines. So you can tighten the body to your tower with the barb pointing any direction you choose, then just align the faucet vertically. Hope this helps, it's a little difficult to put in words.

Answer:	By how far you open to by pulling on the tap handle, I guess. Or I adjust each co2 valve individually for each keg
