Question:	Is there a link for detailed cleaning instructions? Disassembly? Cleaning would be my only concern. Very interested
Answer:	I use the cleaning tabs and rinse after each use. About once a month I fill with water and cleaning tabs, pressurize and run the solution through under pressure to clean site glass and tap. Easy to keep clean.
Question:	How long will beer stay cold in the ukeg if it is not kept in the fridge
Answer:	I've owned the 128 oz version for a couple of years now and I just love this product. I live in Chandler Arizona and let me tell you it gets very hot here during the summer months (110 F almost all summer) I usually fill mine on a Friday night and then leave it in the car while I stop for some dinner on my way home from the Brewery. This often takes a couple of hours. I immediately put in the refrigerator when I get home and start pouring after abut an hour or so. The beer is very cold and perfectly carbonated. The double wall vacuum insulation works very well!!
Question:	I am interested in this growler, but i am very concerned after reading so many horrible reviews about quality issues. are they being addressed? how
Answer:	I have a 128, and 64 size. It comes with a 1 year limited warranty, so if there's an issue they will fix it at no cost to you (I had to get my early Kickstarter 64 fixed). They also redesigned the cap in 2016. The new ones are much better, but you still have to upkeep the product. The seals eventually wear out after a couple years, so now they offer seal replacements. I think one of the issues is that people expect it to be as simple as a hydroflask, but it requires some know-how (look at their how to: https://www.growlerwerks.com/pages/howto). It's still easier to use than the ones with co2 on the outside.
Question:	what is the longest period someone has kept their beer in this and still remain fresh
Answer:	Filled 128oz uKeg on 10/2 at the Fredericksburg (Tx) Brewery. Had two glasses that night. Drank it down to just above 32oz the next night. It sat in the fridge for four days with the regulator cap set to the first line. Poured the rest on 10/7 and it was just as fresh and carbonated as the day it was poured.

Question:	Can you use for kegging beer which has not been carbonated
Answer:	Hi there, Dale. While the uKeg Go will be able to add a bit of carbonation to your beverage, if your intent is to primarily use your uKeg for force-carbonation, I would recommend the uKeg 64 and 128 Stainless Steel and Copper models, which have a higher and more precise pressure setting for this purpose.
Question:	How do you make a cocktail with this ? Any recipes, would be great. Would it be good for gin and tonic or a margarita
Answer:	Hello Flyfisher73. The uKeg GO will hold half a gallon of liquid inside. Any big batch cocktail recipes can be modified to be made with 64 ounces. We have some great cocktail recipes on our corporate home page under the blog section.

Question:	Can this be used for hot soups
Answer:	Hi there, This jug works very well for carrying hot soups, but it is not the ideal shape to eat out of, so you would likely want to bring along a bowl and pour the soup into the bowl to eat it. Also, do note the large size - it is 2 quarts, so it would probably be more suitable for bringing soup to a family picnic than bringing soup for one person to eat at work. Thanks for your question! Question:	The lid does not screw on very well and leaks
Answer:	I am very sorry to hear that. If you have received a faulty growler, I will be happy to replace it. Please contact me directly through the Yukon Growlers website, or through our Amazon storefront "Atlin Imports" to arrange for a refund or replacement. There is one thing that you can try first though. Sometimes a growler arrives from the factory with a tiny air bubble underneath the gasket which allows a small leak. If that is the problem, it's a very easy fix - just take a chopstick or similar tool, and push the gasket into place smoothly all the way around. You won't have to do it every time - once it is in place correctly, it should stay that way. Question:	How wide is the top opening and is it difficult to fill with a home kegorator
Answer:	At its widest point, the opening is 2 1/4 inch wide. Filling should not be an issue.

Answer:	There is plastic on the outside of the lid and the handle, the inside is stainless steel

Answer:	I put 130 degree Fahrenheit water in there, 14 hours later it was about 90 degreees Fahrenheit. What you should do is while your coffee brews, dump your hot tap water into the growler and let it fill. This will help heat the inside of the growler up so it is closer to equal temp with your coffee. It'll help it stay hotter longer.

Question:	Why can't this be kept on its side in fridge
Answer:	I store mine on the side with just the cap on without any issues, if the regulator is on I keep it upright for ease of use.
Question:	will a 25 gram CO2 cartridge work on this regulator
Answer:	As long as the cartridge is threaded (3/8-24 pitch) you should be fine. You could probably even go a bit larger. Just remember you run the risk of the keg tipping over when it’s not full and the more CO2 you have in your cartridge the longer it takes to dispense. Based on my experience: Force carbonation of soda takes 1 16g cartridge at 25-30psi, then half or a third of another at 5-12psi to dispense. For beer or pre carbonated beverages the 16 g will allow you serve 2 or 3 gallons at 5-10psi. The lower the pressure the longer they last.
Question:	How well does the 64 and 128oz fit in the refridgerator
Answer:	The 128oz fits pretty well. Just unscrew the black handle and it will fit on most raised bottom shelves. Alternatively you can lay it down and it will fit perfectly.
Question:	Ive been getting alot of foam when pouring. I even hold glass at a angle. I have it set at 5 psi. Is there anything im doing wrong/ i can correct
Answer:	I had the same issue, after installing the co2 I would set the gauge at 4psi to 7, the burp the tank with the relief valve and let it get to the set pressure. Then it seems to work much better for me

Question:	Is there any way to pressurize this 32oz size
Answer:	You can serve it with CO2 but it wont hold too much pressure.
Question:	Would the contents inside stay cold if I put the growler in the refrigerator
Answer:	Unfortunately, no. It’s a vacuum sealed growler so not a lot of the heat or in this case cold goes anywhere and slowly dissipated over time from the cap. If you try to leave the cap off and place the growler in the fridge it will take a ridiculous amount of time to get it to a good cold temperature if it isn’t cold in the first place. Trust me... so if you placed something pretty cold inside it’ll keep it pretty cool for a good 8 hours before noticing a difference, such as a slightly warmer drink for cold drinks.
Question:	In terms of the "Cork Insulated Lid," is the cork portion sealed inside the lid, or is it exposed to the liquid inside the growler
Answer:	Yes, the cork insulation is sealed within the growler lid. There is no contact of the cork to the liquid inside.
Question:	Would this work with champagne
Answer:	I think so. It seals really well, but you would lose some fizz when you transfer it from the bottle to the growler.

Question:	can the co2 regulator be connected to a co2 tank
Answer:	You need a proper regulator ON the tank to step down the pressure. The little regulator on the growler head is very light duty.
Question:	Can you use a larger CO2 tank
Answer:	That is what I am doing using a 5Kg Co2 tank
Question:	Can you buy a 128 oz. extra growler with a cap and not the other parts

Question:	Can this minikeg dispense carbonated beer from a horizontal position - say if stored on a refrigerator, or other, shelf
Answer:	It probably would if you cut the tubing a little bit longer and made sure that it was laying at the bottom of the keg when you place it in the refrigerator.

Question:	How heavy is it once filled and is it necessary to fill all they way to get the best results? Thanks
Answer:	About 16lbs. The item itself is listed at 7.48 lbs and holds a gallon of beer which weighs basically the same as water or 8.34 lbs. The CO2 cartridge will add a negligible additional weight. You'll have the best results if you fill it fully, but you'll still have good results with a partial fill. A partial fill will deplete your CO2 just as much as filling it fully, so you'll be replacing cartridges more frequently.
Question:	How come the beer is not cold after 24hrs
Answer:	It is insulated so if you made your own beer it would take longer if you have warm beer
Question:	Can you put any beer in there
Answer:	Yes, the top unscrews where the tap and the CO2 cartridge are connected to the growler. It comes with a separate, simple cap you can use when you take it to your favorite growler station to be filled. Once you get it home, you need to switch it to the pressurized cap with the CO2 to keep the beer fresh instead of going flat.

Answer:	This is a wide mouth growler. The rim is just under 2.5 inches wide.

Answer:	Most microbreweries will fill the mini keg. Some breweries may be restricted to filling up a max of 64 oz. It varies from state to state and their license restrictions.

Answer:	I don’t think there’s any difference between the two but if you want to use nitro you might have to purchase an adapter for your regulator to accept the nitro size threads

Answer:	No, a nitrogen faucet is required. This uses a standard beer faucet, which won’t give you the desired “nitro pour”. They require different PSI pressures and the faucets have different internal parts to match CO2 vs nitrogen.

Question:	Will this hold other liquids? Like soda as well
Answer:	I would say it depends on your climate and where you are putting it. It has standard insulation for a fridge but if you might have to keep the CO2 tank outside depending on the size of keg you put in, or if you convert it to a dual tap which was very easy if you are using Korney kegs. Keeping a CO2 unit cold is important (you can't even get a tank refilled if it is warm) to taste and proper carbonation. I live in the desert and it is too hot to keep it outside in the summer and the lines would freeze in the winter to maintain proper temperature on the beer. If you lived in a moderate climate and kept in out of the sun the unit might be okay but I can't speak to the quality of beer you would get out, epically if it is homebrew.
Question:	How do i purchase a new tap assembly? I cant find any link to just the tap on Amazon or your site
Answer:	Yes it will.
Question:	Can you get extra different size growlers to fit the tap
Answer:	With proper CO2 you will get a couple of months out of a keg. The five gallon CO2 lasts between five and six half kegs. Smaller kegs in theory will be used faster and thus should stay fresher. If beer is in a keg for two months each, the size won't matter on freshness. After every full keg one should clean the lines. This is very easy and only takes 45 minutes.
Question:	Can I pour previously bottled or canned beer into this to give it more of that “fresh from the tap” taste? Or is this more for home brewers
Answer:	If you are going to let it set for a while clean the lines and faucet, get a tight fitting nozzle cover for the faucet but leave the CO2 on . Once a keg has been tapped it should remain under pressure until it is empty.
