Question:	Can you scale down the amount you brew with this Kit? I kind of want to make 2-3 gallon batches
Answer:	We provide instructions to make this beer without a carboy. The carboy would be used for a step called "secondary fermentation" which is not necessary for the Block Party Amber Ale. Cheers, Todd J

Answer:	My towels have a different design, the aqua are the stripes in the middle. So I'm not exactly sure on your design, but I assume it is the same.
