Answer:	I'm not home right now, but I would guess it is approximately 5" to 6" in width. We dipped Rice Krispie squares in chocolate with a handle in, and put them in rows 3 deep and rows of 5 in length. they fit perfectly and still had a little lip around the dish to keep the treats on.
