Since the bowl has an infinite number of inside diameters ... do you mean to ask, If a bowling ball is placed in the bowl, will it touch the bottom? This cannot be answered, of course, without knowing the size of the bowling ball. But just eyeballing it, I would say unless the bowling ball in question is huge, then, the answer is probably "no", it will not sit on any inside diameter of the bowl.
