However like other salt baths I wouldn't recommend washing your hair while using and if I were to wash my hair, then I would rinse my hair off with clean water in the shower. If your skin feels dry or sensitive then I don't see the harm in rinsing off after, just in case, but I never had that issue and my skin is very dry/sensitive. Hope this helps! |
