I then turned one of the tubes slightly so that it was diagonal and then did the same for the tube next to it and so on until I had all of the tubes turned at an angle. Question:	Can you remove the fake fruit
Answer:	The wood and the metal both hold up very well over time. The handles remain smooth, too. I have left fruit too long on the wood, yet it cleaned up easily. I do treat it with oils to keep it fresh.

Question:	The first one i ordered was broken. i've returned it and requested a replacement. that was nov 9th. can i get a refund
Answer:	Yes, it's removable. You will need to remove 4 PE pads, and you will see screws. Remove those screws, then you can remove the wood bottom. The wooden handle is fixed, can't be removed. but if the base is without the base, then the bottom basket will be kind of useless.

Answer:	I purchased the single tier with the banana holder from the same company. I cannot say for sure as I threw the box away, but I am sure it was from the East...China or Korea. It is decently built and stable. I am pleased with it.

Answer:	Yes it does. I purchase medium sized bananas so I'm not sure about longer ones. The hook is a little more than 8" from the basket top.

Answer:	Yes, I have a full bunch of about 6 bananas hanging on this right now. I took out the couple of lemons and limes that I had in the basket and it was sturdy with just the bananas hanging.
