Answer:	There are 3 lights on my model. From left to right, one is for power (which is lit always), the middle is for hot water and the third is for cold water. The hot water and cold water lights only come on when it is actively working on making temperature related water. Once it is to temp, the light turns off.

Question:	cleaning the mold out of spigot
Answer:	After each use, I usually clean the spigot as well as the container; however, if I had to deal with mold, I personally would soak the spigot in vinegar and water for about 20-30 minutes and rinse. If mold is still present, I would clean it with bleach, wash, and then rinse. I hope I was helpful.
Question:	Can I use this for milk? I don't see why not but has anyone tried it
Answer:	I make about 1 1/2 gallons of non-fat dry milk at a time and the easiest way to do it is in one of these containers. I use a 2 gallon one and put in half the water, then the milk powder, shake well, then the rest of the water. However, after I make it in this, I put it in pint and half-pint glass bottles. The milk tastes much better from glass, and the bottles are easy to fill using the spigot. Then I run hot water through the container and let it air dry until next time. It might be hard to wash out if you stored milk in it though.
Question:	Is this a free-flowing spigot or do you have to keep pressing for water to come out
Answer:	It's free flowing. Just remember to loosen the cover on top so air can get in, otherwise it starts to come out slow.
Question:	Think these would work for Large Quantity of Sangria for party
Answer:	They should work well. The opening is quite large so putting in the wine and fruit will not be a problem. However, while I don't think large pieces of fruit will be a problem, small bits of pulp might clog the spout. Therefore, I suggest that you strain the sangria before putting it in this container, to remove any pits or pulp that could clog the spout.

Answer:	Boil some water, then let the tubing sit in the water for as long as needed.
Question:	Have 2 types of 5 gal jugs, threaded cap & lift off cap, neither of which will work with this dispenser. Where do I buy the rubber cap water bottle
Answer:	Mine is from Whole food and the 5 Gal Jug is threaded covered with a cap fits on threads only. It's not a seal. I am not sure if this product or any other such product will work for me.
Question:	when the bottle is almost empty, is it efficient sucking up the last bit? Will I have to jiggle or move the hose to get all the water out

Answer:	The water cooler has a water inlet connector. I would suggest that you place the reverse osmosis filtration system in line before the water cooler. As long as you can connect the water outlet of the reverse osmosis filtration system to the inlet of the water cooler there should be no reason for it to not work properly. You would definitely want to be sure that you have a shut off valve connected to your reverse osmosis outlet placed prior to the connection to the water cooler because maintenance of the cooler can entail disconnecting from the water source.

Answer:	No, the light always stays blue on mine when it is charged. It sounds like your's is defective. I would exchange for a new one.

Answer:	It will pump whatever whatever water is in the jug that it is attached to. Hot or cold, it won’t change the temperature at all.
Question:	Will this work on five gallon glass containers
Answer:	It will work on any container. I used it on 5 and 3 gallon containers. However, please note that it sits loosely on top of the containers, it does not thread on.
Question:	What can I buy to make the pump stay firm on the bottle opening
Answer:	I bought the Primo water bottle from Walmart/ Lowe’s. Also, I bought an empty bottle from Walmart to used the pump and a hose to fit on the nozzle to drain the water out of the primo bottle. It only works with caps/ tops like the Primo water bottles. Don’t remove the Primo top. Use funnel to add what ever drink.

Answer:	I don't have any problem pouring water into glasses or bowls with the Brita. But there is one thing you need to beware of. The plastic top 'snaps down' in place. Sometimes it can come loose, and then a flood of water will pour out of the top, and over everything. To stop this from happening, I always put pressure on the top with one hand, when I am pouring water.
Question:	Is this dispenser compatible with the blue longlast filters or just the standard white ones? Thanks
Answer:	The easy way to get the white part dislodged is this: Remove the filter. Fill the pitcher all the way up with warm water and a dab of dishwashing liquid. Now turn it upside down. The force of the water and gravity will dislodge the white part. The soap adds some extra slip to dislodge things and cleans the pitcher. I might be a 90 pound weakling but I'm still an engineer's daughter.

Answer:	Mythbusters tested this concept and busted it. Myth: You can turn low-end vodka into top-shelf vodka with six filtrations of a domestic charcoal water filter (i.e. Brita filters). They set up the experiment so that the vodka testers would each get 8 shots of vodka: 6 from the filtration stations (single filtered, twice filtered, etc...), 1 top-shelf vodka, and 1 unfiltered low-end shot. The tasters were asked to rank the shots. Answer:	No, that should not be an issue since the lead part is only the base and the cover handle and those doesn’t get in contact with your drink!

Answer:	I suppose any glass container could be used for sun tea. It wouldn't get hot as boiling water which would shatter.
