Answer:	I don't have any problem pouring water into glasses or bowls with the Brita. But there is one thing you need to beware of. The plastic top 'snaps down' in place. Sometimes it can come loose, and then a flood of water will pour out of the top, and over everything. To stop this from happening, I always put pressure on the top with one hand, when I am pouring water.
Question:	Is this dispenser compatible with the blue longlast filters or just the standard white ones? Thanks
Answer:	The easy way to get the white part dislodged is this: Remove the filter. Fill the pitcher all the way up with warm water and a dab of dishwashing liquid. Now turn it upside down. The force of the water and gravity will dislodge the white part. The soap adds some extra slip to dislodge things and cleans the pitcher. I might be a 90 pound weakling but I'm still an engineer's daughter.

Answer:	Mythbusters tested this concept and busted it. Myth: You can turn low-end vodka into top-shelf vodka with six filtrations of a domestic charcoal water filter (i.e. Brita filters). They set up the experiment so that the vodka testers would each get 8 shots of vodka: 6 from the filtration stations (single filtered, twice filtered, etc...), 1 top-shelf vodka, and 1 unfiltered low-end shot. Answer:	Interesting question, back in the day antennas were how people got TV in their entire houses. Just like cable and satellite you have to connect the antenna to a splitter if you want to connect more than one TV. Or you can do like I did and get a Fire TV RECAST and connect that directly to the antenna and you have TV at every location on your Fire TV stick. You will need an AMPLIFIER to boost the signal to multiple TV’s also.

Question:	Does this pitcher come with a filter, or do I need to buy the filter seperately
Answer:	I don't recommend using any chemicals but you could try soaking the unit (without the filter) in a 50/50 mix of vinegar and water. Then instead of dumping the water out try setting it on the counter and let the water freely flow from the opening until the smell goes away. May or may not require more than one go. Best of luck!
Question:	Just arrived. i don't see anywhere on the packaging that it is bpa free. how do your know that it is? other than that it says so on amazon
Answer:	I was not able to take mine apart for cleaning. I took the filter out and filled it with hot soapy water. Rinsed it out. Then filled it again with bleach water and rinsed it several times. Kinda disappointed with the design.

When inserting the filter, please remember to align the longest indentation in the side of the filter with the groove in the hole of the reservoir. Answer:	This information is false, at least in 2019. I just received my black dispenser and it is just as tall as the grey one, not shorter, unfortunately. Which means it's around 10.5 inches tall.

Answer:	Our household loves it..we go through fits where it is filled with just about any conceivable fruit, veggie, herb or combination...then we'll forget and not use it for a week..I've had it for just shy of a year and no issues..we try to hand wash..maybe the heating/cooling in a dishwasher added to some people's issue with cracking...we wash, rinse, refill, repeat...teens and college students think it's the "bomb"...we've found we all like the water when it's 1/2 hour to a few hours old..after a day or so the fruit gets waterlogged, ugly and the flavor it too much of a good thing..

Answer:	Hello! We're sorry to hear that your reservoir is stuck, and we'd like to offer a few tips to help. We recommend using two hands to pull the reservoir up from the body evenly on all sides. If that does not work, try placing it on the counter and letting it come back to room temperature. This works because the tank expands slightly and the water displaces as it warms up, allowing the reservoir to be slightly looser. You can also place your finger between the reservoir and the pitcher in the spout area to aid removal. Answer:	Yes and no. Turn the lid and it won’t.
Question:	Does water pour out if you accidentally topple the pitcher over just on the table? Basically does the lid fly off easily or is it solid
Answer:	If you turn the lid with the bar across the top to close off the air, it would not pour out. However, If you hit it hard enough in a fall the lid may pop off. It's pretty snug but I have never dropped mine and I have never had it knocked over. Immediately after I received my first pitcher I reordered another one. This is one classy and efficient pitcher and it's a joy to serve cold apple cider or iced tea to my guests. It just has "that" look and looks far move expensive than it was. Hope this helps.

Question:	Can this be used on a glass top stove
Answer:	Used for what? You could heat the contents on a glass stove top (assuming it isn't an inductive unit) but it is only safe to 302°F which an electric stove top can exceed easily so you have to be careful.

Answer:	I got the wrong one too. It says 60 ounces on the packaging but it only holds 40 ounces (I measured). It's either a problem with the ad or the product itself. I wonder if anyone got the 60 ounce version? I still like it but this not what I wanted.

Answer:	No, not at all, not sure why they previous answers claim it does or if mine was defective but there is no tight seal the the lid and if you try to pour the pitcher without holding the lid in place then it will fall right off.

THICKER ≠ BETTER

Best Thickness: Between 2mm~3mm

It's the thickness that we apply to all SUSTEAS glass produts. Our SUSTEAS glass pitcher features wider range of heat resistance from -20°C ~150°C.

Unsafe Thickness:

≤2mm: Withstanding smaller temperature range, it's not suggested to be directly heated and easy to break.

≥3mm: With the thickness increased continuously,the heat resistance decrease. When the iced/ overheated water is poured into pitcher , the probability of cracking of the glass pitcher increases.

LOOSE LID ≠ FAULTY PRODUCT

SUSTEAS pitcher lids are designed to adjust the tightness according to your personal preference as shown.

Loose lids is easy to take off and pour water, if you feel that the lid is not tight well, please don't mistake it for a defective item, just remove the rubber ring and install it in reverse. In that way, the lid will be tight enough when pouring.

Extra-wide Mouth

The wide mouth (Diameter: 3.07 inches) makes everything from filling to cleanup easily, and part of people can reach the bottom to clean by hand.

Cleaning Method

1. Cleaning the product with a dishwasher is allowed, however, handwashed is more recommended.
2. It is not suggested to wipe with a hard object such as stainless steel sponge to avoid scratches, which will cause the glass pitcher to break due to uneven temperature during use.
