Answer:	Confusing, isn't it? I bought the 2-pack pint size containers. I looked at the listing and the 1-pack and 4-pack show the pint containers, whereas the 2--pack shows the qt-size. You can always call Amazon to get a clarification or send them back (at their expense) if they are the wrong size

Answer:	I've done just that while maintaining a firm hold on the pour tab. May I also suggest that you pour in the dry instant milk first, followed by the water. The opening is also wide enough to facilitate a spoon for stirring halfway through the process. I personally find the stirring elevates lumps and better dissolves the powder. JMHO

Answer:	No, the opening is only 2 1/4 inches wide. I can easily keep mine clean by rinsing it with warm water and using a dishwashing scrubbee wand to reach into the far corners. My jug is used to store milk, so I don't have to lift the heavy gallon jug each time. As you know, milk is fatty and can leave a residue if it is not cleaned well. As long as I rinse my bottle immediately as soon as it is empty, the milk residue does not coat the sides. I do place it in the dishwasher afterwards for an extra cleaning. Then let it air dry. I have been so pleased with this jug that I purchased several more.
