Answer:	The sugars are high 12g per serving. We generally don't like to recommend to diabetics. We are in the process of developing a sugar-free formula. Survival Tabs are produced everyday. We have lot numbers on the bottom and the 25 year expiration date is from the month they were manufactured in.

Answer:	No this contains 2 servings per day. The servings vary but they are around 250 each. So you're looking at 500 calories per day, not 3000, not 2000, not even 1000. Its not sustainable but 500 per day would get you through an emergency in the short term. A hell lot better than starving to death.I don't know what kind of emergencies you are planning for but in a long term emergency you would need other sources of food and a garden or a source of wild life or something, but this can help transition.

Answer:	No, a small card sent with the pitcher says it is not dishwasher safe.

Answer:	Manufacturer says will withstand temperatures up to300 degrees. A microwave can reach temperatures above that so I would leave it in for very long. Actually I don't think I would put in n microwave for more than 10-15 seconds which might not serve your purpose.

Question:	The Lid does not stay on, is there a trick to it
Answer:	Hi, The reason I purchased this pitcher was for its size, shape, glass container and stainless steel lid. I store milk in the pitcher because glass and the SS lid are the most favorable for food storage. The glass keeps the milk much fresher for a longer period of time than the plastic milk cartons. The SS lid is not airtight but keeps the milk temperature cool. Due to the configuration of the lid, pouring milk is a slow process so I just remove the lid and replace it. I handwash the pitcher and lid with hot soapy water and let it air dry. I do not dishwash it. The pitcher has worked for me and am very happy with it. Glass is the best for food storage.

Answer:	I use mine to make sun tea every few days, it works perfectly. I leave the flip top lid slightly open so no pressure builds. I'm on here now because after I make sun tea I put in freezer to cool and I forgot it yesterday and it exploded LOL. Time to buy a new one.

Answer:	This is from website- Most of our glassware is made at our factory in Parma, Italy. Some of our items are manufactured for us by skilled artisans in glassworks in Germany, Turkey and China. Most of our glassware is dishwasher safe.

Question:	Mine did not come with the spout. Is it because I only order one jar
Answer:	Yes but do not cap. If loaded with a liquid the glass could break if the ice becomes restricted by the cap.
Question:	Change u pour hot liquids into these jars for making iced tea
Answer:	No, the base is too wide for a standard cup holder.
Question:	Does the pour spout with red tip keep the air out? I would like to use the spout, but not have to switch the cap for each use
Answer:	Pretty sure the standard procedure is to submerge the bottles in a pot of cool/warm water and slowly heat to boiling. Its the thermal shock from a rapid temperature change that breaks glass.

Answer:	Printed on my bag it says "MADE IN THE USA" with an American flag. On the rear of the package it indicates Distributed by: Concordia, MO 64020 1-855-262-8297 www.thesurvivaltabs.comLooks like it's stateside too, cheesy website pictures but more details are there as well.Cheers,
