Answer:	I think you’re asking the wrong people. You need to contact the manufacturer. The twin cam locking mechanism actually works quite well. When you lock the lid open it sets the lid into a cam-out position. After pulling the lid up from the locked-open position you must slide the lid forward so that it locks positively into the cam-lock forward position. In this position it I’ll lock closed. If this is too much trouble simply don’t lock the lid all the way open and it will remain in the cam-locked forward position and seal closed each time you swing it forward and lock it closed. Mine have been like this since I bought them. I’m not sure if it is just inconvenient or an engineering flaw. The nice part is that the top breaks down for a thorough cleaning and goes beck together easily. I would not trade that feature for a simpler lid that hides nasty gunk and never comes clean.

Answer:	I have Stanley products over 45 years old, never had a problem. I figured folks where too rough with these lids, my bad. DO NOT waste your money!! I am a little old lady, a senior citizen, handicapped, and I do not think my mug has ever even left my home! Got it last June and after awhile the lid broke. I wrote to CHINA where Stanley is now made by someone called.PMI. it took forever to get the replacement lid. The replacement broke into two pieces the first time i screwed it on the mug! I wrote again, they thanked me for contacting Aladdin (yes, Aladdin) a brand of PMI and said they would get back to me. They have not gotten back to me! NEVER AGAIN!! Its a fact the three quart food storage container pot does the same also 😕

Answer:	For me, the snapseal is better. Both will provide a complete seal with no spilling. The auto seal mechanism means the mug is always sealed, and you depress a button to activate a spring mechanism to allow flow through the spout. The snapseal you flip up and it opens, but it stays open until you flip the mechanism down. Here is why the snapseal is better - over time the spring mechanism in the autoseal will accumulate "coffee product" in and around the spring, which is difficult to clean without completely disassembling the lid. The snapseal doesn't accumulate this material, and is much easier to clean because it is a simpler mechanism overall.

Answer:	you can use a regular ink pen, just don't push real hard when writing, so an indentation won't pop thru the front of pic.

Answer:	It should work nicely. I use the Ultra Premium a lot with an Epson printer, but I don't know the Artisan 810. However Epson paper ought to work with any Epson printer.

Answer:	I can give you absolutely no NEGATIVE input regarding Epson Ultra Premium photo paper. What I can give you is my experience of printing photos on my Epson Stylus Photo 1400 printer using photo paper from Kodak, and HP which didn't work well and gave a print with a slightly greenish cast. I was so dissatisfied that I made a phone call to Epson with my complaint. I was told by Epson that many photo papers work best with the same brand papers as the printer because the chemicals necessary for printing the image work the best when printer, paper and ink are the same brand and work best together. At that point I switched to Epson paper and have had absolutely no problems since.
