Answer:	I am not sure about resolving of any issue. What I can tell you is that all four came with double lids. An inner lid with a hole for a straw, and an outer lid to seal everything. I like them, but not for what I wanted them for which is soy-based, protein-based smoothies. Left a bad residual odor of old protein. Similar to old milk smell. However, the bottles are well made, seemingly durable plastic, and lids. Hope this helps.
