Answer:	I love it. At first, I was hesitant to put it in the dishwasher, so I hand washed, and dried them, then one day, I thought, what the heck, use the dishwasher. they came out beautiful. No water spots, even better than hand washing. they are heavy, and feel good in your hand. The dinner fork is bigger than I am used to, and the salad fork is almost the size of my previous dinner forks. It is a beautiful set. Nice classic design.

Answer:	Note from KNORK (Manufacturer) Until the end of December 2017 some of our 18/10 retail packaging will be in a green and grey brand box. We are going thru a packaging upgrade which is why the packaging could be a little plain (Knork brand box), but let us assure you these are 18/10. Here’s how to check: The UPC on the bottom of the box should have a designation below it showing either that it's a matte or gloss 18/10 20 pc set (item #210 or #206) and a large product description. Some of our pieces are stamped with the 18/10 designation that is very easy to see, while others (both sizes of the forks I believe) have a tiny "10" marking to the right of our brand logo that is very faint. A quick and easy way to tell the difference between 18/0 and 18/10 pieces at home is to do a magnet test on your forks and spoons, on the handles. Anything 18/10 will have no magnetic charge (but may develop a slight charge after regular use or washing with other metals in a dishwasher). 18/0 items will have a moderate to strong magnetic pull due to the lack of nickel in them. The one exception will be on the dinner knives, which are made with a lower amount of chromium and higher carbon content, and will typically always have a magnetic charge because of this. Newer sets of flatware are very light weight and sometimes very small size I suppose I would call economy sets? I too am a small lady and I usually use my salad fork instead of the dinner fork for all my meals regardless of my brand of flatware. This set looks lovely- is used daily and still has it's beautiful shine. I love this flatware.

Answer:	I have 2 sets of silverware. Can't remember which ones I bought from Amazon. Bought the others at Ross. One has the matte finish on the handles and the other is completely satin. I think I bought the completely satin from Amazon because I was trying to get the same matte finish on all of them. Hope this helps.

Answer:	Holds up great, no dings or dents in the silverware. I always wash them in the dishwasher. I destroyed one in the garbage disposal :( I've bought four sets from different retailers to accommodate my growing family.

Answer:	The column pattern goes all around the piece. The column pattern also hides water spots from my old dishwasher. The biggest selling point to me on this flatware is the wonderful weight in your hand. I l was so pleased with this set that I have 16-place settings. Another nice feature: the teaspoons are slightly tapered and very comfortable in your mouth. I have had my flatware over 5 years, and it has maintained its shiny appearance. No pieces show any rust. I use this flatware even for holidays, easier than polishing silver!
Question:	are the handles heavy? My curent R&B set's utensils fall out of bowls because the handles are too heavy
Answer:	They are heavy but I don’t have issues with them falling out of bowls.

Answer:	No, the knives do not have a serrated edge. Please see my review for this item (Whitlock) - I can't say enough about this flatware. I bought two sets in 2013, and they still look like new. I always wash them in the dishwasher and do not baby them. No discoloration, rusting etc. They are heavyweight, still shiny, and a terrific value. When I originally bought the set, it was sold at a big kitchen store for twice the cost. I also have the Mikasa Italian Countryside dinnerware, and they complement each other well.
