Answer:	Hello, It is 18/10, it is heavy and strong.
Question:	Don't know about the "Authorized dealer" thing, it's only a knife, what can get wrong
Answer:	You couldn't be so wrong. I think it's not that worthwhile not to buy from the US dealer - you are certain you always get an original knife made from the right materials and passed QC, and not some low-quality one. I checked the reviews and some people said they bought from Chinesse dealers and got rusty(!!) defected items, and even not the right product. Personally, don't know what's to consider here. Better pay a couple of $ more and get the right one and in 2 days.
Question:	I ordered and got a fake item. What should I do now
Answer:	First check where you bought it from. Didn't notice and that time and bought from a Chinesse seller and got a fake item. You can contact the authorized US distributor. I contacted them and wanted answers (needless to say that I was unaware then that I bought from a fake seller). First they checked and didn't see any record of my order. They brough to my attention that there are fake sellers from China selling counterfeit items. So they apologized for my bad experience and even sent me their original knife free of charge! Very pleased! Great thought and company. BTW, new product is great, can tell the difference.

Answer:	I’ve thrown all of the paperwork away, so I can’t tell you the country. I can tell you they are made very well.

Answer:	Nothing is stamped on the knives and nothing about where they were made was on the box. I haven't used them much but they show no signs of rust or corrosion so guess they're OK.
Question:	Does it work well
Answer:	They actually do. I use stick butter a lot for toast. I keep it in the fridge so it’s hard but these work really well on the butter and not trashing the bread.
