S. back in the days of leaded gasoline, and you breathe anytime there is any dust in the air. On the other hand, I would not think it would be smart to grind down one of these plates to a very fine powder and eat it..

Answer:	There was a shortage because production stopped for 3 months due to the Chinese new year from January thru March 2018. It won't happen in 2019. Also, in 2018 China reduced manufacturing capacity about 50% in pursuit of reducing pollution and closure of the most polluting factories. That's all done. There should not be a shortage in 2019.
