Answer:	It's flat with rounded edges. Very comfortable grip.

Answer:	These are unusually long. Dinner fork: 8 5/8"; knife: 10"; teaspoon: 7 3/4" I have sets of two different GS patterns, both highly polished, and they tend to "spot" in the dishwasher. I wish I'd bought the matte styles. All of the GS flatware is substantial and pretty much "unbendable."
