Answer:	Good morning! I washed our towels in hot water with Tide and Snuggle liquid softener. Make sure you don't use too much detergent and just half of the softener. Dry them on medium with fabric sheets and you should end up with a nice fluffy towel. The more you use them and wash them the softer they will become. Mine took a couple of washes. Good luck!!! They're really nice towels...

I've had a couple of sets of Pflatzgraff light-colored stoneware and every time a metal piece of flatware or cookware came in contact with it, the metal created a gray mark that looked like a scratch. It would take LOTS of elbow grease to get the marks off. Why can't Pfaltzgraff figure it out and correct it? Their name on dinnerware no longer equates with the quality you could expect decades ago.

Answer:	We have a newer LG Dishwasher and the dishes do well. No chipping or problems cleaning.
Question:	How do they stand up to chips and breaks
Answer:	They are good quality. Haven't got any chips o breaks. They are more heavy duty fragile. We still don't let the kids use them.
Question:	Can additional pieces be bought separately
Answer:	I spoke with Pfaltzgraff factory directly. At this time they do not sell individual pieces individually or serving bowls and platters either. According to them this is a very popular item (they were sold out of the set when I called) and they will be adding serving bowls and platters in the near future. Regarding purchasing individual pieces separately they recommended (https://www.replacements.com) Replacements LTD. They specialize in all types and styles of individual china and dinnerware. The cost for 1 dinner plate from this set is $9.99 each or $40.00 for 4. I just bought an additional set here on amazon for $53.99. Made more sense to buy the whole set for 13 dollars more than 4 extra plates would be to me any way. Hope this helps! I love this set by the way the colors are true to form and very nice.

Answer:	I bought two sets of these and yes, the coloring is not consistent. Most plates centers are off white and some are off white & yellowish, brownish mix. Overall, I am happy with them!

Answer:	It is stoneware. Great in the dishwasher and microwave. As it is stoneware, have to be careful not to bump it or it can chip. Love mine!

Answer:	I have never used them that way so I’m not sure
Question:	Can I flash heat food on these plates in the over. Do they have a problem with temperature shock
Answer:	I haven’t seen them but I would buy more if they did
Question:	Are there serving pieces for divitis fusion blue
Answer:	The plate itself will not get hot from the microwave. But the heat from the food will get hot and transfer heat to the plate. Don’t fill the plate to capacity and you should be fine. And of course remove it quickly before the heat dissipates to the plate.
Question:	I understand they are microwave safe, do the dishes get hot? I’m looking for a set that doesn’t require oven mitts to remove from the microwave
Answer:	Um I don't know but it works great on my new grill.
