Answer:	Yes absolutely, but start slow and work your way up- otherwise you might have jaw issues rather than the desired effect. Source: Been chewing this type of gum for ~25 years and have a pronounced jawline.

Answer:	It is kind of hard when you start chewing, but it softens up. It never gets as soft as "regular" gum, but this seems like it can last forever. It doesn't breakdown like other gums do.

Answer:	There is no sweetness or flavor. There is a mint version, but the mint flavor is barely detectable. Also be aware that this gum is quite stiff. I use this gum (1/2 of a piece) together with a frankincense tear which makes the gum a perfect texture.

Answer:	According to the FDA, the melamine that the plates are made of, could migrate into the food when it reaches certain temperatures. Melamine is a chemical that has many industrial uses.
