Answer:	I'm not 100% sure what Packit is, but I would say it is not. It is insulated and you can add ice to it and it won't leak, but I think that is about all. I really like mine. I use it to haul my coffee thermos, water bottle and coffee cup to work in the morning without anything spilling over. I've even packed snack items in it as well.
