Answer:	No, that has never happened to me. The cork is thick and absorbs some condensation but it won't soak through.

Answer:	I'm wondering if there is a typo in the description you've listed here; because these are nearly 4" in diameter. I've ordered two bags on two occasions (80 coasters total). All were the same size. They are great coasters and I've used them for a couple years without any fading or deterioration.

Answer:	Not sure, but the tube itself on the vaster bent out of shape the first time we used it. We ended up returning it and getting a metal Norpro one instead.

Answer:	You probably wouldn’t need a glue gun. There is a peel off adhesive already on one side.
Question:	What size envelope is needed to mail these
Answer:	That I am not sure but they are about average size and could probably be mailed in a padded envelope (white) found at your local dollar tree IF you don't a large bulk quantity to mail. Otherwise, I would simply mail in a small box which should also work stuffed with fillings to keep them from moving about. Hope this helps.
