Answer: Anthony, I know this is a very late answer to your question but I tried the Image Professional Kitchen Knife Sharpener System Fix-angle Version II with 4 stones, plus bought finer stones for it as well. If not this unit, something that mechanically keeps the angle of the blade and stone consistent (versus by hand) is best. There are a couple of others like this that keep the knife angle constant. I'd recommend those types. Ruixin Pro on Amazon also has a similar set-up. What's more is you can set the angle(s), mark with scratching a line on the adjustment shaft or simply leave set-up at preferred angle. Recommend a jeweler's glass if your eyes can't see the edge of the blade well like mine are to really get in there to see the angle is correct. I love this blade too, use it often on wild cattle hunts. Hope that helps.
