User questions & answers
Question: | What steel are the blades made with? Are they made in Germany or China |
Answer: | .41 max amp draw per fan. 4 fans will give you just under 2 amp max draw. Charts only go down to 5 amps so my answer is based on that. 30 ft round trip (to breaker and back) you can use 16 gauge with a 10% loss. If you only want a 3% loss use 12 gauge. We use this chart http://assets.bluesea.com/files/resources/newsletter/images/DC_wire_selection_chartlg.jpg |
Question: | What are the handles made of |
Answer: | Ron from Australia. Measurement in metric: round base is 56mm. Two screw holes: from centre of hole to other centre of hole is 41mm. Not very good at imperial measurement. To the best I can: round base is 2 and 3/16 inches. Hole to hole is 1 and 10/16 inches. I hope it helps. |
Question: | What size knives fit in the empty slots |
Answer: | There is a bracket you can mound them anywhere ,we have 5 onboard they are quiet and use less then a amp. |
Question: | what knife does this come with |
Answer: | I just installed two brand new Caframo Ultimate 747. I measured each fans and find that on high setting a fan uses 0.25A and on low setting uses 0.15A. |
