How To Care Your Chef Knife

1. Please clean the knives when you first use the knife.
2. To maintain life span of your knives, please don't try it on the dishwasher, due to most cleaners are alkaline that will corrode your knife, so hand wash is highly recommended.
3. Please DO NOT use corrosive detergents and scratching sponges to clean the knife surface,they will damage the protective layer, making knives lose glossiness.
4. After cleaning the knives, dry them with soft cloth and place them in back to the block. Please be careful when using and storing! Stay away from your children!
5. To remove any difficult stains, you can soak it in the water for a few minutes before cleaning.
6. The blade is sharp, DO NOT test with finger tips and avoid direct contact against harm.
