Answer:	The packaging says "non-toxic, BPA-free plastic". No mention anywhere re: BPS, sorry. As plastic cutting mats go, these are head-and-shoulders above the brands I have used prior to this.

Answer:	re: plastic type-- Packaging does not state anything other than BPA-free. But from experience with plastic in multiple applications, I would say with 90% certainty that these are HDPE (or a kissing-cousin).

Answer:	For storing I used a hole punch and hung mine up. If it were me I would not try to clean the mold off, when these mats are used they do get cuts in them. mold spores can live in these creavases, & mold can make you extremely sick. If you must clean (again not recommended) soak in bleach. Good luck.

Answer:	It's not a table, just a table cover. I made the mistake and ordered it. I am returning it.
Question:	This mat is self healing correct
Answer:	I would say no strongly. My fiskars rotary blade cut through the mat in several places within just a few uses:( I have had smaller ones bought from Joanns for at least 8 years that are still in great condition and used on a daily basis. Alas I am still on the search for a large size that really is self healing.

what is the thickness

Answer:

They are flexible in that you can take each end and bend them in the middle, crease them and cut with heavy duty scissors. So you could cut vegetables, bend up the side and pick up to drop in your pot, etc. I don't have the package so I can't give you the thickness. They are not flimsy but flexible.
