Answer:	There is a string with a clamp that binds both ends of the string together. The way I did it is, I took the clamp off, wrapped it aroud the bottom back of my seat to the front and just tied it into a knot holding it securely at the bottom. My car seat covers it. This way it fits firmly at the bottom and top. The top is easier because it has the headrest and a latch connection. As a rideshare agent most people sit in the back passenger seat. I keep the front passenger seat up right and just enough room for a person to sit in the front seat comfortably. If that makes sense. It's not bulky or in the way of passenger comfort.

Answer:	From buckle to clasp, the strap is about 15 inches long. Measure your headrest to see if that will work.

I also have a switch to the outlet, but This way when the power goes out I can plug the pump into the generator to use it when the power is out. Just make sure the extension cord to the generator is a # 12 wire.

Answer:	It is a two piece design and you can unscrew the strainer. The nozzle has a 3" diameter flange that screws to the strainer so I don't think you can attach a vacuum hose to that end.
