User questions & answers

Question: Are they dishwasher safe
Answer: I can't answer specifically since I don't have the original package my utility knife came in. But I never load my good knives into a dishwasher; I always wash them by hand. I don't want them banging around against other utensils during the washing and rinsing. I can't prove it keeps them sharper and helps them last longer, but I do believe it does.
Question: How many inch long is
Answer: 7.9 inch, the cut part.
Question: How long is the handle on this knife
Answer: I didn't like it so returned it. The handle was probably 5 inches and the blade 7. I was looking for something smaller and thought 7 inches was ther overall length not just the blade length.
Question: What kind of the steel in this knife
Answer: Stainless steel

User questions & answers

Question: How wide is the base of the knife block? I have a small 9" space beside my stove begging for this
Answer: Hey,it's about 14 inches long and maybe four inches wide. Total height with knives is around...hmm maybe 16 or 18. I have mine next to my stove also. I think they are awesome and Definitely look good!!
Question: Can single replacement knives be purchased
Answer: Sorry I think they are only sold by the set. 3 of the cheap plastic handles broke on mine cutting cheese and vegetables. They are a complete rip off. I have since replaced them with another brand.
Question: can these knives go in dishwasher
Answer: I never wash cooking knives in the dishwasher.
Question: Can i purchase the black acrylic holder seperately
Answer: Doubtful, but if you haven't purchased the knives yet let me save you some money. For some reason instead of the steel blade extending into the handle, they glued on a thin piece of plastic. First time you slice hard cheese and you will have a broken knife. I tossed mine one at a time into the garbage. Yes, I tossed the knife holder too.
