Question:	Hello, I would like to know if the handles get hot on an induction cooktop
Answer:	I don't have an Induction stove top, but a Jen-Air glass cook top and the handles don't get hot, even with boiling water, so I don't think they could get hot on an Induction stove top either. I love my pots and pans and I'm sure you would too.
Question:	Why does this model of cookware not show up on the Circulon website
Answer:	It's an outdated "collection" but if you search for "premier" on their website you'll find it. My guess is it's the older version of what is now the "Symmetry" collection. This one does not use the "Triple-layer premium-quality TOTAL Food Release System" coating.
Question:	Are there lids that fit the 10” and 12” skillets
Answer:	The lid for the big stock pot fits the 12 " skillet and the there is a lid that fits the 10" skillet and a pot. I hope that helps.

Answer:	I’ve had my set for 4 years now. The non-stick is ABSOLUTELY the best I’ve ever had! Still has not worn off, cracked, chipped, etc. The color is still in tacked has not chipped, cracked or worn from scrubbing. In fact a cashier in the “Kitchen” store said they quit selling “Rachel Ray” - she thought they were awful. My husband stepped back, he knew what was coming - I let her have an ear full! Over the years I have had nothing but named brand kitchen cookware- none have lasted or have held up as long or has been as durable and still look new as the “Rachel Ray” set I have. In fact, I have her kitchen set & a 32 pc setting in orange will be handing down to my daughter-in-law, I’m getting all new set in the agave blue. ✔ To help diffuse heat Lazy K induction mats have silicone ridges.  They are slightly thicker than other mats. 

 If your cookware only has a thin layer of magnetic coating and depending on how precise your cooktop controls,

your induction may have trouble recognizing your cookware with the mat.

Question:	How are Lazy K Induction mats different than other induction mats
Answer:	They are thicker and of better quality.
Question:	Why did White smoke came out from under these when we used them and the smelled like they were burning why is that
Answer:	The question may be better directed to the manufacturer. However, from what you describe, it may be that the induction top power setting may have been too high. My experience is that when using cast iron cookware, the setting should be even lower as cast iron cookware gets too hot. I have followed the above and have not experienced any problems. When I need to use the boost mode I do not use the Lazy K Induction cooktop mat. I hope this helps.

Answer:	The price is for one pad.
Question:	I have an lg LSE4616BD induction ceramic cooktop. will this work
Answer:	If it is an induction, then it should work. Be careful because they can also burn your induction range.
