Answer:	yes the bottom of the pan is smooth. nice pan for roasting and is large in size. this is the second one I have owned. I would buy it again.

The label does say the soft-touch handles are oven-safe up to 350 F.From the website: "Riveted soft touch silicone handles for comfortable handling; Oven safe to 350 F" The accompanying generic brochure that came with the 8 qt. stockpot: "T-Fal cookware with phenolic (plastic) handles, with or without metal inserts, or stainless steel handles with silicone inserts is oven safe to 350F/175C." The lid handle is phenolic. The glass lid is safe to 350 degrees F. From the generic brochure: "Refer to product packaging for further details on oven use." Answer:	No, you cannot. Only stainless steel products are suitable for induction stovetops. The Easy System is an anodized aluminum product which is not suitable for induction stovetop cooking.

Answer:	Yes...These are oven safe. The company included a recipe for english muffins and crumpets which describes baking them in an oven. I actually use them on a griddle to make Alton Brown's english muffins.

Answer:	I use similar rings for baking individual cakes, both using wheat flour and gluten-free flours, and to solve the problem of leaking batter out the bottom I wrap the bottom edge in a layer of foil.....like you would for a cheesecake going into a water bath. Using these on a griddle, because of the high heat directly under the ring, the batter starts baking/cooking immediately but for oven baking, as the batter sits for a longer period of time in liquid form, the foil keeps everything contained within the ring. Also I spray/coat the foil and the rings in non-stick spray to make sure it all comes out clean from the rings. Happy baking!

Answer:	No. Covers do not come with these pans. HOWEVER, they can be purchased separately anywhere that sells Cuisinart in sets or separates. I found that the cover for the Cuisinart soup pot fits the smaller frying pan and the cover for the 5 quart sauce pan fits the larger frying pan. Hope that helps,

Answer:	Maybe older versions of this pan set were not induction compatible, but I just ordered this set on 03/23/18 and it very clearly states on the retail packaging the pans came in "SAFE FOR ALL STOVETOPS INCLUDING INDUCTION" and "INDUCTION READY". I cannot verify what this means because I don't have an induction cooktop, but from this wording it sounds like it will work with an induction cooktop.

Answer:	Gail - I've looked everywhere I know and I can't find the answer. All they say about this is the surface is "Titanium reinforced Quantanium nonstick interior". PFOA and PTFE are used in making teflon. So that's not our interior. I can tell you that I've had these pans for over 2 years. They are used at least 4 times a week. I use plastic or silicon utensils and I hand wash only (Dawn). When the bottoms look burnt up, I use a bit of oven cleaner on them and they shine right up. They spread and retain the heat pretty good and I found it a pain in that the lids had to be bought separately. I hope that helps in your decision. :)

Answer:	I have never cooked a turkey this big in my roaster. I have roasted 16-18lb turkeys .I would follow the same instruction for conventional oven roasting. If there are no instructions with your turkey, google the weight and look for conventional oven instructions and follow them.

Answer:	It’s a pain that companies don’t include inner dimensions, but it’s nice you can ask her. So, here’s the inner dimensions for the 28qt size. 17.25 in. wide X 11.625 in. deep (front to back) X 6.75 in. high. Add an additional 3.5 in. for lid. Again that’s 17.25 X 11.625 X 10.25 with lid.
