Question:	How does it hold up after a few months of use? How about after a year? I'm tired of no-stick pans that give up after two months
Answer:	6 years.....I received mine in 2013 as a gift from my husband. I used it at least twice a week. I am just now looking to replace it only because it is just beginning to stick a little which I think is due to operator error......that is, letting it get too hot one time too many. I am usually careful about this but occassionally it does happen. If you take care of it, hand wash and don’t jack up the temperature to instantly cook something, it will last you a long time. Until recently, It was rated No. 1 by Americas Test Kitchen for a number of years.

Answer:	This pan is 2 1/2 inches deep. Iv'e been using it for months and love it. It has worked great for everything I've used it for except frying eggs and that's because I steam then instead of turning them over. There's too much air for the eggs to steam well, so I use an old shallow pan for that. I see some of the other answers say it's only 1 3/4 " deep, but I measured mine and it's 2 1/2.
Question:	What is the capacity of this pan in either liter or quarts
Answer:	This pan holds 2-1/2 quarts filled to the brim. It is only 10 inches wide and 2-1/2 inches deep. I replaced a similar pan but it was much deeper. I wish my new pan was bigger.
Question:	Why do the instructions say not to use these pans on Medium-High or High heat settings? Isn't that completely ridiculous and unrealistic
Answer:	Most manufacturers have abandoned PFTE (Teflon), and have switched to safer alternatives, like titanium or ceramic. These newer materials, while safer, still have the same temperature limitations, as any non-stick coating will expand at a different rate than the metal substrate. For similar reasons, you should avoid rinsing a hot pan with cold water if you want it to last a long time.

Answer:	T-fal cookware items and covers with plastic handles or knobs are oven-safe up to 300F. Items with aluminum or stainless steel handles and knobs are oven-safe to 500F.
Question:	How does the "spot" tell you its heated? Does it change color
Answer:	12" across and 3" deep... I have made everything from omelets to tomato sauce and stew in this pan I use it all the time, three months and it still looks brand new. Many times just a wipe with a paper towel is all it needs. Just hope they come out with a lid to match. I DO have one I can use now, a round glass one with a silicone rim about 1 1/2" wide, it will set down on the rim slightly. Like this one, 12". Question:	Does this pan have riivets on the inside of the pan or is the handle attached only on the outside of the pan
Answer:	These are actually are ready made meals that you heat up. They do make a curry paste which you can use to add your own ingredients to etc. However, I use these all the time, the meals pictured here. I usually fry part of an onion or part of a squash in a skillet and then add the curry. So, you can add your own vegetables to it. In fact, you can probably do anything to them you want, you will just change the taste of them, however. You can add tomato or even tomato sauce to make it last longer, it just will change the taste of it, that's all. So, you may taste it by itself first and then add stuff and see what you like. The paste is more for that, but either is fine. It does taste better with squash, tomato and onion added to it, in my opinion, that is all I have done so far. I serve it over white rice and also put another vegetable on the side and I have also served it with mashed potatoes. There are six different varieties in this assortment so they all taste different, so you will have to experiment a bit with it.

Answer:	NO. This is anodized aluminum, I think, and they are the best pans I have ever had. They are non stick and don't peel off or scratch like Teflon. However, I do use non metal utensils. I don't put mine in the dishwasher either, but they are so incredibly easy to clean. They heat evenly and do not warp. I would definitely recommend these.

Answer:	It's not Ceramic (inert), and note they DON'T say it's PTFE free. PTFE produces potentially toxic (to pets & birds) fumes at higher temperatures -- also I think it sheds so it ends up in your food (shedding is different than reacting with foods) Shedding is like wearing out a car tire; that rubber is lining roads or in the atmosphere, like PTFE is being ingested, breathed in or in the air while cooking. So Teflon-like non-stick still has PTFE even if no PFOA.Ceramic non-stick is not a "wonder" replacement - it seems once Ceramic gets a film layer (from spray oils, normal cooking, etc.), food will stick and people are throwing it out & calling it terrible. Manufacturers promoting "Green" but poor at disclosing use info (like front load washers manufacturers denying there's a smell or mold).So I would try Ceramic, knowing that it will not work well if you can't keep it film-free (or it's bad manufacturing resulting in delamination).

Answer:	Thank you for your interest in our products. Our Contemporary Nonstick cookware line features 2 sized Woks: the 10-in and 12-in. The 10-in Flat Bottom Wok (item#1877054) features only one long handle whereas the 12-in Wok (item#1876963) features an additional looped helper handle.

Answer:	If you split the contents of the pan into 4 you will be able to utilize 4 quarters of the pan per each section. In this specific situation you may opt to only use three, two, or one quarter of the pan with whatever food-product you desire to cook. In some extreme cases you could probably fit 5 or 6 quarters of food in this wok, which would then be filled to overflowing but with careful precision and a soft handed spatula technique it can be done! While storing this wok in-between food preparation situations, I highly suggest keeping it at zero quarters of capacity.

Answer:	Yes. I do that with my Keens all the time. I have always worn the Targhee but just bought these for the first time. The people who recommend the Merrell Chameleon and say these aren't "slip ons" don't understand what you are asking; I do. I just bought these and wore them for the first time yesterday. When getting ready for bed, I slipped them off in the closet and this morning I was able to slip them back on fine. I push my foot as far forward as I can get it before attempting to slip the heel down. Once they're on, I bump the toe and then the heel against the floor to even out my socks. These work fine.

Answer:	China. This porcelain cone is the best. It's thicker/sturdier than some others. It comes with the #2 filters, but in my daily use of the cone I find the #4 filters are actually better. For my cup I use approx. 50g of finely ground coffee and 300ml of water. The #4 filter is taller than the cone, so this amount of grounds + water do not overflow the filter. The #2 filter fits completely down inside the cone. If you make coffee for lots of people at the same time, you might want to get more than one cone. Enjoy!
