Answer:	Yes it works fantastic, it is one of the few that works on induction stove tops. I have a ceramic induction stove top. The botton of this pan has a stainless steel circle cook bottom surface. This steel is magnetic, therefore, it is the perfect pan. Some other pans have the copper non stick but the bottom of those pans are different and do tell you it is not for induction stove tops. So i totally disagree with the other comments.

Answer:	I'm not sure what you think of as lightweight. It's a sturdy pan well made and I like it. Doesn't seem heavy to me but does a bit to my mother (she's 74)
Question:	What’s the maintenance like? Do you wash with soap or Just hot water like cast iron
Answer:	I just wash mine with hot water and a paper towel but there's no reason to not use soap because it doesn't absorb the soap like cast iron does.
