Answer:	I'm not quite sure what you mean by "ball end". The ends the fit into the bridge and secured by bridge pins sort of look spherical. They are really just tiny metal cylinders with a groove in the center to secure the guitar string to to the cylinder. I'm probably not much of any help, but I like Markley strings. They're pretty tough.

Answer:	Yes, the packaging from my frypan says this: “Always use a LITTLE OIL OR BUTTER suited for frying for best results. DON’T USE: extra virgin olive oils or oil sprays as they cannot withstand high heat.” Based on that wording, my guess would be you’re fine using extra virgin olive or sprays at lower heats.

Answer:	I washed my pan before I used it the first time. There were no strange smells when I cooked with it. Make sure you are not using high heat. This pan is only good for low heat.

Answer:	My stove top is also glass. Unless you get a bit of very hard material between the pan and the stove top, this pan should NOT scratch the glass stove top. I've used mine every morning for about a month and there has been NO problem with scratching at all.
Question:	How big is the actual cooking surface on the 11 inch pan? Can the spray oils be used on this pan
Answer:	Screen printed. Better that way, to avoid stitching where water can seep through. Haven't had mine out skiing yet, but fit and quality are nothing short of excellent.
Question:	Can I use olive oil with this pan
Answer:	It has fleece lining but I’ve had no issue with donning it with long sleeves on

Answer:	The sleeves were too long for me. However, there's no liner or anything and the seams are just sewn, so it's a simple matter to shorten the sleeves.

Answer:	This pan is so awesome that I got the glass lid (sold separately), then later I tried to find the matching saucepan w/lid but no such luck. It is heavy duty for sure; seems more like commercial cookware than residential. Since it would take a Lab and Technician to remove the coating and test its contents, no one but the manufacturer truly knows the contents of its coating. I do know that it is more durable than Teflon. Like everything sold on Earth, consumers must rely on product manufacturer's description to be accurate. The customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, says it all! But if chemicals are of concern, spend the money and go all aluminum.

Answer:	I emailed Ozeri asking if their Greblon coated Earth Stone pans were PTFE free & this was their response:Dear Erin,Thank you for contacting us regarding the Ozeri Frying Pans. We are more than happy to assist you at this time. Unfortunately, this specific pan is not PTFE free. However, we do ensure that the pans are safe and won't run the risk of harming the customer.Pyrolysis of PTFE is detectable at 200 °C (392 °F), and it evolves several fluorocarbon gases and a sublimate. An animal study conducted in 1955 concluded that it is unlikely that these products would be generated in amounts significant to health at temperatures below 250 °C (482 °F).While PTFE is stable and nontoxic at lower temperatures, it begins to deteriorate after the temperature of cookware reaches about 260 °C (500 °F), and decomposes above 350 °C (662 °F). Question:	How long do these pans last? I have switched from non-stick to ceramic and the first few brands I tried last less than a year. Is that normal

Utilizing a custom-formulated stone-derived coating from Germany, the Stone Earth Frying Pan by Ozeri reigns with its ability to deliver non-stick perfection while remaining absolutely free of toxic substances such as APEO, GenX fluorinated chemicals, PFBS, PFOS, PFOA, and the lesser known NMP and NEP. According to the FDA, many of these chemicals constitute a worrisome class of nonstick compounds that have found their way into the food chain, including grocery store meats and seafood. Both the EPA and FDA have conducted toxicology research on exposure to some of these compounds that suggest associations with several kinds of cancers and health issues. Although the harmful PFOA and PFOS acids are being phased out of production, non-stick coatings today are often made with the aid of a new generation of fluoropolymers, known as GenX fluorinated chemicals and PFBS, which the EPA has more recently cited as suggestive of cancer and when consumed, may affect the kidneys, blood, immune system, liver and developing fetuses. Also of concern are APEO chemicals, which are restricted in Germany due to environmental concerns and toxicity in the food chain. Answer:	Cookware is metal utensil safe but we recommend the use of wooden, nylon or silicone tools with this cookware. Minor scratches may occur, however, will not affect your cookware’s performance.
