Answer:	If your dog has a head the size of a small watermelon & a super strong neck the size of large cantaloupe & a very agile mouth & tongue (to hold the splatter shield when it flops around) then it might work. The very strong neck is especially important since the splatter shield is quite heavy. However, if you want your dog to remain your best friend, I'd recommend the Elizabethan collar your vet will prescribe.

Answer:	They do not work well on induction. Takes a long time and very high heat setting to heat up, compared to an all steel pan.

Answer:	Both pans are 1-7/8 deep. The 8 inch is 6-3/8 on the bottom and the 10" is 8-1/8th.

Answer:	All-clad makes a superior product. I use both Calphalon sear and slide line and All-clad non stick with one reservation, their HA 1 line. First they are made in China and they have the worst handles ever created. I am a retired Chef with over 40 years experience. I have used many different pots and pans in my career and never used a pan with such an uncomfortable handle. The way it's made it cuts into your hand when you lift it, even with out food in it. With food it's even worse. If you want to use All-clad, buy their regular line of pots, not the HA 1 series.

Answer:	I usually buy a men's small but I wasn't able to find any when I purchased the Valeo Women's Competition gloves. So, I decided to go with the women's small. They do fit quite snuggly but they work really well for me because leather does have a tendency to stretch slightly. They are good for pulling and lifting heavy weight. If your size fit is usually small they might work for you. I love them and will be purchasing another pair because of the padding on the lower portion of the palm will help when I push heavy weight while performing a bench press. Hope this helps.

Question:	Does this pan scratch
Answer:	the silver plate on some all-clad aluminum skillets (but not this griddle) is not for dispersing heat -- it is to enable the skillet to be used on an induction cooktop.
Question:	What is the diameter of the top edge of the pan, and how tall are the sides without the lid
Answer:	The sides are 5/16-th of an inch (0.3125") above the bottom of the griddle.
Question:	What is the diameter of the flat silver colored magnetized plate on the bottom? Important to know which size induction burner i can use it on. Thanks
Answer:	The anodized aluminum frying pans and the pots in this collection are induction compatable. They somehow decided not to laminate the stainless still bottom plate to the griddle like they did on the pots and frying pans. I use the all the time on my induction unit. Look at the product pictures that show them in the dishwasher and see the stainless steel bottom plate laminated on the anodized aluminum pans, but there is none on the griddle.

Question:	is it dishwasher safe
Answer:	The size of the pan from the out most edges is 16x12... I measured the inside flat cook area (before the curve of the sides start) and it is 15x11... the sides are 1 inch tall but have a slight angle outwards (as you can tell in the measurements above)
Question:	How does this compare to the D7 (seven ply) fry pan? Is this D7 mostly better for searing and being able to be put in the broiler
Answer:	I was told China when we received our in 2 pcs. Packing was very poor and they blamed it on China.
Question:	Is this the best non leaching stainless steel I can find? i am sensitive, will coper and aluminum leach into the pan
Answer:	We have used ours only on a bar-q-cue with temps well over 500° so I am assuming it can be used in an oven.
