Answer:	This pan is so awesome that I got the glass lid (sold separately), then later I tried to find the matching saucepan w/lid but no such luck. It is heavy duty for sure; seems more like commercial cookware than residential. Since it would take a Lab and Technician to remove the coating and test its contents, no one but the manufacturer truly knows the contents of its coating. I do know that it is more durable than Teflon. Like everything sold on Earth, consumers must rely on product manufacturer's description to be accurate. The customer rating of 4.7 out of 5 stars, says it all! But if chemicals are of concern, spend the money and go all aluminum.

Answer:	It is 12" across the top. It is rounded on the sides and only about 1.5" deep, so it does not hold as much as the 12" skillet I was replacing. It is great, as nothing seems to stick to it!

Answer:	The answer is NO. The reason is because it's non-magnetic (aluminum). Induction cooking REQUIRES stainless steel or cast iron (copper, brass, glass doesn't work). (e.g. Put chopped filet mignon with onion, raw egg and seasoning in a non-ferrous pan, put it on an induction cooktop, turn the temperature to maximum, let stand for 5 minutes and voila... you get steak tartare.)
Question:	Is this cookware PFOA free
Answer:	The Cuisanart 622-30G 12” skillet I received comes with a removable sticker label on the inside nonstick coating that says QuanTanium by Whitford. The Whitford website states cookware is “Our PFOA-free coatings, specifically designed for use in the Cookware market...” The QuanTanium coating fact sheet states ”PTFE, made without PFOA”.
Question:	Is the pan induction ready
Answer:	No it is not. The pan is made out of aluminum, which is not a ferrous metal. Induction cooktops require using cookware that a magnet will stick on. Cast iron and carbon steel pans are the natural cookware choices. Stainless steel pans have to be made with 18/0(zero) steel to be compatible. All other cookware metals require a thin layer of 18/0 stainless steel on the base of the pan for them to work on an induction stove.

Answer:	China. This porcelain cone is the best. It's thicker/sturdier than some others. It comes with the #2 filters, but in my daily use of the cone I find the #4 filters are actually better. For my cup I use approx. 50g of finely ground coffee and 300ml of water. The #4 filter is taller than the cone, so this amount of grounds + water do not overflow the filter. The #2 filter fits completely down inside the cone. If you make coffee for lots of people at the same time, you might want to get more than one cone. Enjoy!

Answer:	There may be different models. I bought mine in October 2019. It is not magnetic and will NOT work on induction. I was a little disappointed to discover this when I tried it on the induction cooktop I received for Christmas, because I thought I remembered it advertised as "induction ready" when I ordered it. That said, I am very pleased with the performance on our ceramic cooktop. Almost a year and a half of mostly daily use and never a stick- eggs, cheese, potatoes, burgers, searing steaks and sous vide. I do take the extra 60 seconds to hand wash and dry with paper towels

apparently you can;t get it too hot on the stove-top either as it loses its non-stick and gets discolored. this is totally unlike other similar sounding products. I asked Waxonware for a refund after 1.5 months of use and they refused saying that I used too high a heat. Note that I only have a regular gas stove and that my previous ceramic pan lasted 4 years and the current one (that replaced the crappy WaxonWare) still works great!

Answer:	Hi there, thanks for your question, it's not suitable for regular oven use.

Answer:	Absolutely no scrubbing pad is necessary. Simply follow the instructions, and once the pan has cooled a little, fill with cold water and let sit for a few minutes (the instructions say 5 - I've found 2-3 is plenty), then wash with a soft non-scrubby sponge. Honestly, all I've had to do is wait for it to cool, wipe with a paper towel to get rid of any food particles, and then clean with a sponge, dish soap and water.

Answer:	Yes. I purchased the 11" pan (possibly the nicest piece of cookware I've ever owned), and have used it on my electric stove top many times. The only issue for the 11" pan, is that is nearly too big for the standard range top; should not have that problem with the 9.5".

Answer:	I just got this pan in the mail today. I am returning it because this pan is NOT 12" in diameter. It is 10 inches.

Answer:	I got referred this because I have the Cuisinart GG-12 set, which is the ceramic coated non-stick version. The ceramic coating does not permit odors to develop as it is impervious.For the teflon/polymer coatings you could try wiping the surfaces down with hydrogen peroxide. If there is decaying food stuck in the surface coating the peroxide will oxidize and destroy the foreign material. If the odor is due to over heating - and usually you can tell because the surface becomes powdery, you are out of luck - all you can do is toss the pan because if you continue to cook with it you will be eating the coating.If you are considering a new set, I cannot rate the ceramic coated pots high enough. My daughter forgot to soak the pot she made mac & cheese in, and I found it the next morning after it had dried. When I pulled out the wooden spoon that had dried in the sauce, the entire coating on the pot came off in one piece. Clean-up turned out to be wiping it down with a soapy sponge and rinsing.

Answer:	Yes, the coating is a ceramic and is free of heavy metals such as cadmium.I've had my set for a year now and except for the nuisance of not being dishwasher safe, they are quite nice. Dried Mac & Cheese wipes right off.If you need a set that is dishwasher safe, I recommend the Henkle Zwilling Spirit cookware. I have the 10 piece set, plus a couple of extra skillets and pots. It is dishwasher safe.

Answer:	Yes, this product is Teflon free, I checked when I bought it as a gift. The way to can tell is that is says that it is "PTFE/PFOA-free" and, according to Wikipedia: "Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) is a synthetic fluoropolymer of tetrafluoroethylene that has numerous applications. The best known brand name of PTFE is Teflon by DuPont Co." Hope this helps.
