Answer:	I use mine to bake cakes all the time. The lid lets the steam out but also prevents too much moisture from entering. It’s perfect
Question:	some people say it takes 25+ minutes to seal and start pressure cooking. Is that right? Or only for large dishes
Answer:	They withstand temperatures up to 450 degrees per description, Yes definitely for the oven. If you type in “air fryer” in the “Customer Question” box, you’ll find answers from others - I have no air fryer.
Question:	Have you tried the risotto feature? How did it turn out
Answer:	Yes I use the lid. This helps prevent water from the steam cocondensing on top off the egg bites.
Question:	Where can I buy a spare sealing gasket
Answer:	Yes, I use my lid in the insta pot! That keeps the condensation from getting whatever you are making wet! Recipes I follow for egg bites say to use the lids and I have done so every time.
