Answer:	I have the 4 egg version. It is something of a trial for time, however if you manage to center the unit well, the eggs are similarity cooked. I put my 4 in for 70 seconds in 1200 watt and get 2 over easy, 2 over medium. Occasionally I add 5 seconds more.

Answer:	I usually whip up 5-6 eggs, with milk, and then split them on both sides of the omelette maker. If is fairly spacious on each side.

Answer:	Hi Raymond. Sorry for this long msg. Yes, very simple instructions. Be sure and save the back of the package. Cooking time will probably vary depending on your microwave and preferences. I personally don't use mine all that often as I usually use the single egg/muffin by the same company as it only takes one egg. I put a morning star breakfast patty on top of the egg, zap it 60 seconds and breakfast is done. The omlette pan takes 2-4 eggs plus topping. Takes a little practice to get the omelette just right the way you like it. Add your notes on the back of the card then you will have a perfect omelette each time. No skillet or spatula to wash. All the Nordic ware stuff is easy to clean. BTW, in case you havn't notice, I'm a big fan of their products. Check out their Multi Pots too!
