Answer:	I don’t think it ’s heavy, it ’s easy to pick up

Answer:	It is compatible with induction hob, look on their website to be sure, it's pretty comprehensive

Answer:	I washed my pan before I used it the first time. There were no strange smells when I cooked with it. Make sure you are not using high heat. This pan is only good for low heat.
Question:	How large are the holes in the handle for hanging purposes
Answer:	No. The finish is much tougher. We’ve been using it daily for about 3 months now. Washing only with soap and water. No need for a scrubber. It’s still like new.

Question:	After 6months using Avocado Oil and cleaning with Dawn every thing sticks any solutions
Answer:	I use olive oil or butter and never have a problem with things sticking. Pretty much wipes clean. Still wash by hand though!

Answer:	Mine does not scratch our glass top. However, everything sticks to the top after the first week or so.

Answer:	To use with induction, the pan must have magnetic properties. This means you have to be able to make a magnet stick to the cooking surface. Aluminum or anodized aluminum does not have this property. Some aluminum pans will have a steel disc layer in the base which makes induction possible. This particular item is not induction compatible.

Answer:	I have used several different non-stick wok over last ten years, this is definitely one of the worst. The non-stick goes away in less than two weeks of light use.

Answer:	I just clean regularly with soap and hot water after each use ... but, you DO have to clean the outside after each use because if you reuse it with the oil still on the outside, it will burn on.
Question:	Do instructions say what kind of oils or sprays can be used when you want to cook with oil
Answer:	Yes, the packaging from my frypan says this: “Always use a LITTLE OIL OR BUTTER suited for frying for best results. DON’T USE: extra virgin olive oils or oil sprays as they cannot withstand high heat.” Based on that wording, my guess would be you’re fine using extra virgin olive or sprays at lower heats.

Question:	Ordered the valencia pro 10" and 12" received them, but no where on the packaging or pans does it say "val. pro" its on packaging, says "original
Answer:	My pans state original green pan with magneto induction technology... all heat sources including induction on the bottom of each pan I purchased
Question:	Are the handles heat resistant
Answer:	Yes. It is a non-metallic substance (not sure what) that does not conduct heat . Keep in mind that these pans, in my experience, perform admirably for about 2-3 years but decline precipitously after that to where food sticks to it as it would in a conventional pan. However, that is likely as good as it gets for pans with non-carcinogenic cooking surfaces. So the tradeoff is up to you.
Question:	Does it work on induction cook tops
Answer:	Yes with good head dispersion.
Question:	Is there any ptfe in this pan... and if not, why is that fact not listed
Answer:	No it does not and reason they do not mention it is because they are Ceramic pots and pans not teflon coated. Hope that helps. If you have a ceramic coating, which the majority of European countries use in their cookware, there is no need to mention the lack of teflon. Ceramic is the key word.
