Answer:	Works great on our induction cooktop on either side. Heats very rapidly if you want, but of course the way to heat cast iron is slowly so it comes to the temp you want to cook at. Cast iron is of course way better than the clad cookware that can get loud from vibrations as the different layers absorb the magnetic energy at different rates. This also doubles as a great defrosting plate from stuff from the freezer. Your great-great grandchildren will be glad you bought this as they're using it.

The exact fit will be determined by the exact measurements of the distance from the front edge of the front burner to the back edge of the back burner. Answer:	I have a Samsung induction cooktop (this model NZ36K7880US) and can report it DOES heat evenly and consistently on that model when the ridges face down. It does NOT work with a family member's thermidor. So it is dependent on your induction cooktop.

Unless you have one of those pans that you put under a pan so you can use it on an induction. My daughter has an induction cooktop and she bought new pots and pans to use on it, but she also got a flat pan that you can put non induction cookware on top of, so they will work on an induction cooktop.

Question:	Just received mine and didn't see anything about preseason before using. After washing is it recommended to rub with oil before using or just use afte
Answer:	Thank you for your inquiry. You are not required to preseason the Farberware 21745 High-Performance Nonstick Griddle Pan. We recommend washing the cookware wear with dish soap and water. We hope this information is helpful.
Question:	Will this hold up to a gas stove top
Answer:	It does very well with an electric stove. Having used gas in the past, I would surmise that there would be no problem. With either source I would not recommend unattended over heating. Ours is holding up beautifully.
Question:	Is the cooking surface flat? In other words, if I break an egg in the center, does it run to the edges

Question:	What are the actual dimensions of this griddle? is it 11 x 11? or is it 11 x
Answer:	It is 9.5 inches, 24 cm. The bottom of the inner pot is a bit smaller, 8.5 inches ~ 21 cm. Hope this info help. Good luck.
Question:	does the underside of the 11" griddle have the silver plate for disbursing heat like the skillets? or is it just the anodized body
Answer:	The bottom is tri-ply. The item is made in China.
Question:	How high are sides
Answer:	I'll do my best to answer this qustion. The inside diameter of the steamer basket is 9.5 inches at its' widest point and 4 1/8th inches deep. The pot depth is 5 7/8 inches. When inserted, the steamer basked goes into the pot approximately 1 3/4 inches.I use this steamer regularly. In fact, I used it today to par-steam two pounds of Brussels Sprouts for freezing. I could not be happier with the product. It gets a great deal of use in my kitchen.
Question:	Can this pan be used on induction cooktop
Answer:	Hi Keith,All "claded" ply- 3, 5, or the new 7 in stainless and MC2, along with copper core, and copper cookware is made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. In other words, any item that has been cladded all the way from top to bottom, is USA made. If any item is a clad bottom ONLY- does not go all the way up the pot or pan, like the one pictured, it is made in China. The "B3" anodized is also made in China as it is not clad all the way.
