The air fry isn't stellar but the induction is awesome and the convection bakes perfectly! make sure that your pot's and pans work with induction stove (you can test with a magnet) you also have to buy the electric cable separate, but they are pretty cheap like $15. Answer:	The 3031 has 2 15,000 BTU burners and 2 12,000 BTU burners. The 3080 has 1 18,000, 1 15,000 and 2 12,000 BTU burners. The 3031 has a 16,500 infrared broiler where the 3080 has a 13,000 BTU broiler. Those were the main differences I found when looking at both ranges.

Answer:	Agree with Larry Dunn. Made in China does not mean bad quality nowadays but you are taking a chance on less known names. Likewise, there are some not so well made in USA product (nowadays)...Made in USA used to mean something by default. The ginormous Chinese factory is Hyxion, a relative young Chinese company (like so many) have the ambition and capitals to invest in manufacturing technology to compete with big names. Because their products look so similar to Blue Star at less about 1/3 of price and 1/2 of Bertazzoni (36" range top and range hood) that I am about to buy, I did some research on Thor. BTW, Costco.ca sells both Blue Star & Thor Kitchen. Compelling price point indeed with lots of good reviews on Amazon and elsewhere but I am going to go with Bertazzoni simply for its design and name/history (even though it has few and not as good reviews). If I have a really really tight budget, I would give Hyxion / Thor a shot for sure...probably better made, styling and value than similar US big name products at same price points.

Answer:	I was experiencing the same issue, even called Frigidaire and set up an appointment to see if I received the incorrect grates. After reading your question I took another look at my stove top and realized the grates were put on incorrectly when installed. Take your left grate and put on the right side and your right grate and put it on the left. That should level the grates and solve the problem.

Yes, the fan is loud but not noisy. It is an appropriate fan sound, no rattles or chattering. Just a smooth hum from the fan blades moving air. You can reduce the sound level slightly be removing the protective grill.

Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
