Answer:	Well it's hardly been a long time however it's still nonstick. I will say that the pots are quite thin though, they aren't for long term.

Answer:	Who ever picked your order wasn't paying attention. Same thing happened to me. I just setup a return and they sent me the right set of 3 the second time

Answer:	No the handle doesn't get hot at all. I haven't tried anything for long periods of time, but for breakfast foods it's great.

Answer:	I have the small one for scrambling eggs. It feel like a cast iron, but not as heavy. It seems like a larger one may be good for frying chicken, but I really don't know. Even though it's non stick, I usually spray Pam on it. It cleans up great.

Answer:	In my experience, it depends on how high you're cooking. At normal general temps, the handles on the pots and pans themselves are generally not too hot to the touch, but if you cook with the lids on the whole time, the lid handles will need to be removed using a potholder.

Answer:	1 lid (the largest) fits on the two biggest frying pans but the smaller lids don't fit on the small frying pans .

Answer:	The handle on my fry pan lid came off in less than on year. I mailed the lid and handle to the address on the warranty hoping for repair or replacement. It was returned as undeliverable. No luck here.

Answer:	They say it is oven safe to 800. I have not used it in the oven yet.
Question:	Are these induction cooking compatible
Answer:	We do not have an induction stove; however, the advertisement says that the pan is suitable for induction cooking because it has a stainless steel bottom. What I can say for sure is that there is a stainless steel-appearing plate on the bottom of the pan that comes into contact with the burner. We have a flat cooktop and have had the pan for approximately 2 weeks. So far, it has performed as advertised.
Question:	How deep is the pan
Answer:	2-inches, which is deep enough to handle most everything I cook; however, the pan is NOT as non-stick as the advertisement suggests. I still need to use butter/oil when I cook.

Answer:	It is hard to comment on the safety aspect of this pan, since no reliable source I could find will guarantee that. FYI: this pan is made out of aluminum with some sort of copper colored high heat coating. No real copper that I can see. Could not find good specs about the coating on the web other than the fact it claims it can with stand over 600 degree temp. It reminds of epoxy created by 3M for high heat surface repair scenarios.
