Answer:	No you cannot. I had an incident where I followed the instructions for washing the liner in the washing machine. The inside is a type of plastic. Well, it was peeling off in several places. I called the company to see if I could get a replacement liner and inquired if replacements can also be purchased. They told me that they do not sell replacements and seemed surprised at what happened when I washed it. They kindly sent me a replacement liner for free. It is a very nice large x-frame hamper. I do recommend, but I would hand wash and air dry only.

Answer:	If you're talking about the big round disc, on top in the back, I just leave that alone. It will self adjust. You just lock lid on and make sure the small dial on the top/front is set until the cooking time is over and you release the pressure with it. I know the directions are a bit confusing. I've always had a traditional pressure cooker but swapped over to have two-in-one. I kinda figured it out by trial and error the first time I used it. Once you do it works/cooks everything perfectly! Answer:	I love mine, the T-fal P2510737 unit. This unit is really only for pressure cooking, NOT pressure canning. The new types are so much easier than the old ones that could overpressurize. One thing that is really important, let the unit vent steam for several minutes before closing it to make sure you get a good seal. The instructions were not a clear on that but i knew to do it from pressure canning.

Question:	How to measure the pressure when using for canning
Answer:	There is no way to check, but this does have to pressure settings. The spring valve mechanism that our units have work differently than a traditional dial or weighted valve that most pressure canners have. The pressure is not adjustable, but it is entirely self-regulated to reach and maintain either the 15 (high) or 8 (low) PSI until the user releases it.

Answer:	Our vitaquick® pressure cookers do not have any pressure settings. Our cooking valve shows one white ring, when you are on the low pressure cooking mode and two white rings when you are on the fast pressure cooking mode. If you do not reduce the heat after you see the first white ring, your pressure cooker will automatically achieve the fast pressure cooking mode. Excessive pressure will be released automatically once you have reached the fast pressure cooking mode.

Answer:	Yes when you see blue botton is getting higher shows two white line means maximum pressures now. But some cook needs with that high pressure keep for a while. About depends meat or rice you needs yo turn off heat right away or keep th for about 10 minutes then turn off. It , the blue botton will slowly go down means pressure is getting down too. Completely botton is down you could open yhe lid.

Answer:	Vitavit is the newer generation pressure cooker by Fissler.
