Answer:	I use it for Baking Sheets and Cutting Boards, some of which are fairly heavy. These heavy items are not bending or lifting the frame. I supposed you could store glass casserole dishes depending on their width. I hope this helps.

Answer:	Mine is used for cookie sheets and cutting boards. Separaters do move when item shifts. Suggest not for use for big China or glass platters.

Answer:	These types of pans are not normally used for baking in the oven(because of the handles), but are used for stovetop cooking.

Answer:	The space between each rack is 2 1/2 inches, so unfortunately, this will not accommodate a 3-inch-high pan. We had two 3-inch pans that had been destined for this organizer, and now we will not be able to store them there.
Question:	How strong is the rack? The photo shows a small cast iron pan on top; could one actually store a 12-inch cast iron pan on any but the bottom rack
Answer:	I don't know about cast iron but the 10" heavy gauge aluminum pans I use seem to max out the wire shelves. There is no clearance for lids either. But for smaller pans 8" or less it seems to be ok.

Answer:	I can't really answer that question because I don't have any cast iron skillets. It seems pretty stout and I have stainless steel pans with glass lids in mine.

Answer:	Dividers are straight up and down. Whether your pots tilt depends on the width you allow for each: fit them snug and they stand up; leave the width wide, and they might tilt.

Question:	Is this dishwasher safe
Answer:	I guess it depends on the dimensions of the under oven cabinet. I have it in a cabinet that is 12" high. The rack itself, when used horizontally, is only about 7 inches high, but you need room to lift and remove your lids or pans. When used horizontally, I think that 12" is the minimum height you'd require.
Question:	Can you use it in the under oven cabinet

Answer:	Don't know, but --depending on the size of your pans--not sure you would need them to be honest,

Answer:	We had very clear instructions with our order. If I were you and didn't get instructions, I would email the seller and ask for some.
Question:	I did not find any instruction how to set up pot holder
Answer:	You have to manually put the inside shelves in. If your using it for front pans you would adjust them pretty much as seen above. They are wonderful keeping my kitchen organized!
Question:	How do you adjust the shelves
