Question:	When storing, what are the most compact dimensions of this griddle
Answer:	If you have the 07061 griddle, the cooking surface is 22 x 11.5 inches (without handles), the full griddle is 2.5 inches high, 26.25 inches long, and 11.5 inches wide. Question:	How many standard size grilled cheese can you fit on this griddle? I cook for 16 people once a week so size is a big factor
Answer:	I just measured, using a slice of bread, and you can get (snugly with no space in between sandwiches) 12 sandwiches. BUT, like anything, doing too many at once may not work. You could DEFINITELY fit 8, feed half the group you make food for and then make 8 more. It also comes with a really neat little instruction book that tells you what temperature to cook certain food at. Grilled Sandwiches get cooked at 325-350 degrees for 5-10 minutes. The griddle is 22 inches long and can accommodate a lot of food at once.
Question:	Is the non-stick surface PTFE and PFOA free
Answer:	According to Presto Customer Service the only model they have that is PTFE and PFOA is model 07115, which is a skillet versus a griddle. Here is their response "Our current model, stock number 07115, is ceramic coated and does NOT have PTFE or PFOA. All other griddles do have PTFE and PFOA."
Question:	does it smoke
Answer:	The 07061 griddle can smoke if oils are left on and the surface is not cleaned well. Question:	Are they sturdy or heavy? I personally like heavy cookwares. Do the handles get hot
Answer:	The handle doesn't get hot. The skillet seems durable, but is not heavy.
Question:	Can it be used on a gas grill on medium high heat? We plan on frying fish outside
Answer:	A little information guide for the user was included. Among other things, it says not to use butter or olive oil because they smoke at a lower temperature. They recommend canola, Safflower, peanut and palm oils. Now I will quote. "Alllow the oil/butter to heat up in the pan before adding food to the cookware. DO NOT rush the preheating process by using high heat. Because of the excellent heat conductivity of your OXO cookware, food and oil can carbonize very rapidly. Always cook on low to medium heat and only use high heat for boiling liquids. Use medium-high heat for searing, sauteing, stir-frying and reducing liquids. Use low heat to warm foods, simmer or for preparing delicate sauces. DO NOT use any typeof oil sprays, including aerosols, mist and pump sprays. These sprays can cause residue build-up that is difficult to remove from all types of cookware. Always distribute the oil evenly onto the surface of the cookware. Use the 'butter test' to determine whether your OXO cookware is hot enough--simply wipe a dab of butter on the bottom of the cookware. If it bubbles briskly without burning, your OXO cookware is perfectly preheated."I myself have only used it to make pancakes. I also disobeyed instructions by using a metal spatula. It was fine for the pancakes, and I don't think I scratched the surface, but that is something else they warn against.

Answer:	No warping yet. I'm very happy with this griddle. I use it on a electric flat-top and haven't had any problems.

Question:	Can baking with this
Answer:	I have no idea what a Max Burton cooktop is, I have a GE and it works perfectly on that. I don't see why it wouldn't work on yours. An induction is an induction. If it doesn't advise you to use a special kind of cookware I think it would work!
Question:	How long is this, including the handles
Answer:	Stainless steel has a high Nickel content. Thats what makes it stainless. Different manufactures use different amounts of nickel per their design's. Nickel is pricey! you can judge the amount of nickel by the cost of the item. A salidmaster 3 qt runs about 300$, I would expect this line of cookware to have a minimum amount of nickel.
Question:	Will it warp or bend over time with heat
Answer:	Food will stick to almost every bare metal pan and the trick is to season every cooking surface the same as you would a cast iron pan if the handles will allow an oven temp of 350 for 30 minutes, stove top medium heat otherwise. You tube has a number of chefs demonstrating stainless and aluminum bakeware seasoning. Very thin layer of cooking oil or crisco otherwise you'll hate what happens next. Stainless needs to be heated slowly at lower temps before oil and food is added and when your sunnyside eggs slide out like a new Teflon pan, you've mastered the art of seasoning and using your pans.
Question:	Would this work on an induction cooktop
Answer:	I have several complete sets of cookware. I have several types of cookware and they are aluminum, glass, stainless steel and just steel. Most of the Stainless Steel sets have glass tops with the little hole for steam escape (By the way doesn't work completely. It still spits all over the stove).This Duxtop Whole Clad Tri Ply set is for me the best set that I have ever purchased. If the item that you are cooking is set on low, you do not have the sputtering all over the stove. I have put 99% of the other sets in the shed and garage. It is my belief that you will enjoy this set or at least I do.An induction cooker is NOT A MAGNET. It distributes its energy the any item that a magnet will stick to the cookware. The Cookware does not stick to an induction cooker. The induction cooker is extremely fast in boiling water or anything that has water in the container.

And there are a lot of recipes that use only almond flour, you can find them online.You can use it to reduce some carbs in all purpose flour: generally 3/4 cup all purpose flour + 1/4 cup almond flour can be used instead of 1 cup of all purpose flour in most baking recipes.

Question:	Can i use a wire brush to clean these
Answer:	I would NOT, if you need a wire brush after using these pans,then you better turn the heat down. A little soap and hot water and maybe a plastic scrubber, is all you need.
Question:	Do they have induction plates in bottom
Answer:	Bought this item based upon somebody else’s comment that it is induction capable. It is not, this pan is out of Aluminum and therefore not magnetic.
Question:	Are these bottoms flat or will my oil collect in the corners
Answer:	They are flat in my opinion. I took pictures but can’t get it to attach.
Question:	Does anybody elses warp up in the middle when heated
Answer:	Yes! It was fine/ unnoticeable for sandwiches, but when it warms up, the metal domes and any oil pools to the edges, which is dangerous with such a shallow side. Never been above medium heat, used 3 times. Also surface scratches from nylon spatula already! DON'T put it it the dishwasher (even though it says "dishwaher safe"! Water got into the paint and it blistered until it dried out. Where it scratched it with my fingernail, the paint came off to the metal. This is some cheap crap, I think we've been had, lol.

Answer:	It does very well with an electric stove. Having used gas in the past, I would surmise that there would be no problem. With either source I would not recommend unattended over heating. Ours is holding up beautifully.

Answer:	I just copies and pasted this from their website. If you're buying a thermalon greenlife pan, then no. "No. Thermolon is a natural ceramic coating. No PTFE, PFAS, PFOA, lead or cadmium."
Question:	Do the lids fit the frying pans
Answer:	Hi, yes the lids from the skillet will fit the 9.5 inch frypan and the 2qt saucepan lid will fit the 7 inch frypan.
Question:	Someone mentioned that they won't stick if they are used correctly....what is the correct use
Answer:	These pans are amazing... this is actually the 2nd set of Greenlife we've purchased and the Diamond series is much better than the original pans they sell. Correct use is using a lower heat oil: coconut spray, ghee, sesame oil work fine. You need no oil with these most of the time, which is why we purchased them. Olive oil, high heat, steel wool pads, and metal utensils will ruin these pans. Make sure you cook on low to medium heat always, use the nylon utensils that come with it (or wooden versions), soft sponges to clean it, and you should be fine. No food sticks, so you won't need anything abrasive to clean them. They conduct heat VERY well, so medium heat = high heat with most cookware. Hope this helps!
Question:	Anyone have it for longer than 3 months? How long does the no stick last
Answer:	The nonstick worked for 10 months. The pan was well maintained....never in the dishwasher, no harsh cleaning, only appropriate utensils, etc. Visibly, there are no marks or scratches. Pan looks new, but every thing sticks, now. Would buy again. 10 months ok!

Question:	do the handle fold under while in use
Answer:	I did not do any seasoning of these pans and I am totally pleased with them without issues. Each time I cook with them and see how easy they clean, I'm thrilled I purchased them. I have other ceramic pans that required seasoning and think these are better.
Question:	Can it be used outdoors
Answer:	Heat is distributed evenly and very well...we do lots of cooking! I really appreciate the tiny egg pan! I advise all to use plastic utensils with it to help coating last longer.
Question:	Is the non stick surface Long lasting
Answer:	Not sure, I have a gas stove top and a raised grate. Sorry I couldn't be more help. I will tell you though, the paint on bottom of my pots/pans are coming off quite easily, but interior of pots/pans are just fine.

Answer:	It is 9.5 inches, 24 cm. The bottom of the inner pot is a bit smaller, 8.5 inches ~ 21 cm. Hope this info help. Good luck.
Question:	does the underside of the 11" griddle have the silver plate for disbursing heat like the skillets? or is it just the anodized body
Answer:	The bottom is tri-ply. The item is made in China.
Question:	How high are sides
Answer:	I'll do my best to answer this qustion. The inside diameter of the steamer basket is 9.5 inches at its' widest point and 4 1/8th inches deep. The pot depth is 5 7/8 inches. When inserted, the steamer basked goes into the pot approximately 1 3/4 inches.I use this steamer regularly. In fact, I used it today to par-steam two pounds of Brussels Sprouts for freezing. I could not be happier with the product. It gets a great deal of use in my kitchen.
Question:	Can this pan be used on induction cooktop
Answer:	Hi Keith,All "claded" ply- 3, 5, or the new 7 in stainless and MC2, along with copper core, and copper cookware is made in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. In other words, any item that has been cladded all the way from top to bottom, is USA made. If any item is a clad bottom ONLY- does not go all the way up the pot or pan, like the one pictured, it is made in China. The "B3" anodized is also made in China as it is not clad all the way. Question:	Can this be used on a camp stove
Answer:	I wouldn’t. This pan warps bad enough on my glass cooktop. I’d hate to see what it would do on a camp stove.
Question:	Can this griddle be used on induction cooktop
Answer:	Don't know as I do not have an induction top, however the stainless steel handle is so heavy it makes the griddle tip up 1/4in on opposite side. I have to put a heavy S/S spoon on that side in order for the food to cook evenly. Wish I had not bought it.
Question:	Will this griddle remain flat on a flat tp electric stovetop, or does it warp
Answer:	Absolutely. I have the 8" and 10" with no problems. just don't go warp 10 with them and you're good.
Question:	Is this an INDUCTION usable pan
