Answer:	I do believe that the non bonded parts of All-Clad are made in China. Not 100% certain, since I bought my cookware over 5 years ago, but that is what I hear now.

Answer:	Yes, there is a very small strip on the edge (2 mm or so), which is simply the layer of aluminum between the layers of steel. Even though All-Clad states these are dishwasher safe, we always recommend hand washing your better quality knives and cookware.Chefs Corner Store

Answer:	the consensus answer I have found online is that copper core is NOT worth paying extra for. the all clad line with best temperature performance is actually the MC2, but the regular, 3 layer sandwich of SS around aluminum is the all-around winner because it is versatile (i.e. induction capable) and dishwasher safe, unlike MC2. started searching because I was contemplating purchase of a calphalon accucore set that was "deal of the day". learned the most at centurylife.org in an article about "is all-clad worth it". the answer was yes for the d3 all-clad but not for copper core.

Answer:	In all of my research before purchasing my All-Clad I have not come across the use of 304 or 316 surgical stainless, only 18/10. The Tri-ply cookware line that I have purchased (from Amazon and elsewhere) features a 3-ply design, 18/10 steel cooking surfaces, aluminum cores for the even heating, and the highly polished exterior 18/0 stainless for lasting beauty and induction compatibility. Answer:	Ceramic is environmentally friendly and nonstick or Teflon has longevity. They both do the same thing.

Answer:	I wash mine all the time in the dishwasher. I haven't had any problems with it. They still look brand new

Answer:	Nonstick sprays contain a mixture of what basically amounts to oil and water, which do not mix. In order to suspend these items within the container, products like PAM use an emulsifying agent like lecithin. The lecithin is what reacts with the nonstick surface and it does ruin it after a time. I get around this by putting olive oil in a spray bottle. Hope this helps!

Answer:	I think you’d lose half the apple w the peel, as the “cut out” is wide, as if meant for corn kernels. It’s also a rough blade, not smooth.

Answer:	I don't know. What matters .... this Julienne peeler works great. This is my 2nd one ... from another company and fibers of carrots used to get stuck in the peeler. This one is so much better. I used this many times during the week. I love julienne carrots on salads, ramen soups and cooked vegetables with zucchini. Nothing like ... fresh carrots.

Answer:	The copper coating has chipped off after four uses but it is stainless underneath and still works fine. It's just not nice to look at. It's pretty frustrating for the price we paid.
